The parking lot was never full, but it was full. It's not soundproofed, so I can't sleep because the neighbor next door is very active. The blankets are really clean and the Hanok Village is easily accessible. I wonder if the owner will change... I don't know anyone.

First time staying at a hanok. The lady running the place was very nice to foreigners even if her English was limited. I got a single room with a full size bed. It was very clean and had a fridge. I was so relieved that the toilet was installed with a bidet. At less than 60 USD on Expedia for one night and being close to lots of tourist attractions, I’d stay here again if I return to Jeonju.

A hotel with spiders and scolding guestsI will write down the situations that occurred objectively so as not to be as subjective as possible.I'd rather stay here for 70,000 won. It's better to pay 200,000 won, but it's better.1_Receive a discount by booking for a total of 4 nights in a row2_ While sleeping in the room I reserved, a spider about 15 cm long appeared. Looking at the above, there was a spider web on the puncture.3_I thought I couldn't do it, so I asked for a refund even though there was only one day left.4_While waiting for a refund, an employee asked for understanding and told me about the internal unfortunate situation. I'm trying to convince you that it would be okay if I just stayed.5_Then ask what other services you can provide?6_I happened to be staying one more night, so they offered to discount 70,000 won to 50,000 won for an additional night.7_2 When I said that I no longer wanted to stay in a house full of spiders, I said that I didn’t really want to stay there unless it was free.7_1 Just ask for a refund8_ Then I threatened to not give a refund.9_ I was so embarrassed that I said I didn’t need a refund and just left.10_The employee who came later said he would give me a refund, but I just went ahead.# Feedback ================================================================ ===========I understand that the cheaper the accommodation cost, the poorer the hygiene and service. However, it is cheaper than here and I have used a hanok, but there are no bugs there. Breakfast is also providedBut more than anything else, this is my first time scolding a customer.Customers understand what is good, and that is also a choice.Something to remember. You should never be scolded just because things don't go your way.Of course, it wasn't a good thing that I acted in such an extreme way because that person was scolding me.Understand that unconditional sympathy is extremely irresponsible.I think it will get better if these parts are fixed.
