Sizeable room (king and single bed) and decent-sized bathroom and five minutes walk from Seomyeon. Room extremely quiet and view not bad.However, room in serious state of disrepair - plugs hanging off the wall, large section of missing tiles from the walls covered up with sellotape, sheets with holes in them and chair shedding its skin. Unssed TV mount left on wall. Largest towel provided was hand towel. Staff made us wait 10 minutes when checking in at 5pm for the room to be “inspected”. Very budget feel throughout with even seven “notices” printed on A4 paper in the lift. Not recommended.

Why didn’t I take the initiative to tidy up and clean the room when I stayed for 4 consecutive nights? The supplies in the room are only provided for the first night if you stay for 4 nights. If you use them up, you need to buy them at your own expense??? There are only small towels in the room, and no large bath towels for bathing….The above is my experience after staying for 4 nights. Is it a cultural difference? It is different from Japan, Taiwan and other countries... It makes me feel a little bit shy about accommodation in Busan.

📌The hotel is located about 10-15 minutes' walk from Seomyeon Subway Station and Beomnaegok Station. It also takes a short walk from other restaurants. The advantage is that there are 7-11 and GS25 next door, which is very convenient.📌Although the interior space of the room is large, the attached indoor slippers are moldy and I dare not wear them at all. I can only go barefoot in the room (the floor is not very clean), and the hair dryer seems to have overheated, causing the plastic shell to be damaged. Melting phenomenon? (As shown below), there are security concerns, and I hope the device can be updated as soon as possible.In addition, I told the front desk that the room needed to be cleaned one morning. When I returned to the room at night, I found that the absorbent towel on the bathroom floor was missing. It seemed that the cleaning staff forgot to replace it. The room cleaning service will not replenish toiletries and water, but needs to be purchased at the counter (both are ₩1000).It should be noted that a pack of toiletries is for two people. The person at the counter who purchased the product did not inform us. We discovered it ourselves at the moment, so we were able to refund immediately.📌Breakfast is very simple, just toast and eggs, you have to fry and bake them yourself.Based on the above, I think there must be other better accommodation options next time I have the opportunity to visit Busan.

Was a average stay, not bad, the toilet was huge. Breakfast, there’s only bread, milk and orange juice. Everything was ok.

Very big rooms, it's clean and the location is quite good. I'm glad I stayed here. But the breakfast is not really existing (I didn't even see coffee...?) and they don't make the rooms automatically without asking.
