What a shame not to be able to enjoy the view because of the dirty windows. I have never seen such a dirty room for such a high price. I do not recommend this hotel, as the service and cleanliness are mediocre.

The location was good and the facilities were good.It was nice to have a bathtub and speakers.

I am shocked and extremely disappointed. At the end of stay we needed some relaxing luxury time. This place is an absolute con. We paid 750 US$ for the Suite 301. The list of inadmissible things is incredible: dirty windows, smelly room, missing towels, the cheapest slippers, missing bathrobe belts (only one small ridiculously small size), not enough bottles of water for everyone, and when we asked why no amenities were given for the price, we are told it's normal 😱 no notepad in the room, no glasses, no tea or coffee maker, nothing to make you feel cosy and homey. And the worst part : the spa is the saddest place I've seen, with both hot and cold baths smelling chloride so bad that it hurts. This place is sad, service is bad, staff not caring, and if that wasn't enough, they want you to pay 7200Won for the sauna and even more for the pool 😱😱😱

Optimized for resting and doing nothingI used the villa building and it was spacious compared to hotels of the same class.From the reviews, the hotel rooms seem to be spacious.The swimming pool seems to be open all year round.It was comfortable because I was free to dress up and didn’t need a swimming cap.It is not possible to swim and the swimming pool is small.It's okay to take pictures.It's good for kids to go to Delco and play.It's open until late at night, so it's a breezeThe hotel location is a bit remote.There are no places to eat inside or outside.You have to buy it when you come in from outside.The villa-dong is made in a way that makes it look like something can be cooked.It is virtually impossible as there are no dishes or cooking utensils at all.Oh, there is no microwave..There is grass in front of the villa and there are cats.I came here to get something to eat and it was really good 🐱Public website promotions and package reservations are cheap.Cleaning condition is not that goodThe villa floor feels sticky.I tried wiping it, but it wasn't clean.++++++++++++++++++++++++++++Going to Namwon again during the holidays to rest.This time, not the villa.I tried the hotel roomThe hotel rooms are cheap, but the location and cleanliness are much better.If you come with family, don't go to the villa.I thought I should book multiple hotel rooms.++++++++++++++++++++++++++++I visited again with my family for the fourth time in the summer.I booked the biggest room so I could take my nephew swimming.It was a suite, with 2 rooms, a large living room, and 3 bathrooms.very good ! Because it’s wide, there’s no overlapping movement routes.It was comfortable and really niceI plan to book a suite from next year.Booked at a very low price compared to the regular price.Regular price 200 per nightReservation price 36 per nightThe cleanliness of the hotel was better than that of the villa.The only downside is that the restaurant is slightly less friendly.It was a group day.Dinner is not possible for individual guests due to group reception.Received room service

Aside from the location, the rooms are comfortable and I can see that the facilities are well maintained... However, perhaps because it is a central heating and cooling system, the air conditioner went below 26 degrees all night on the first day, so I thought I was going to die from the heat.
