It's very good value for money... The accommodation fee is cheap and it's remodeled so it's very clean... It's also well-cleaned... The only drawback is that there's no elevator, but if you think about the price, it's probably greedy... The only disappointing part is that it would be nice if the counter could provide a little more friendly guidance. do.

Avoid at all cost!It is far away from the city centre, in a very dodgy neighbourhood. The entrance stairs were dirty with leaves from a dead plant that was standing behind the entrance door. The whole place smelt like cigarette smoke. The staff is non-existent: we were greeted by a man who appeared from behind a closed window, which was shut closed as soon as he had given us the key cards. When we went back to ask him a further question, we could see the legs of someone lying down next to him, on the floor. The room was appalling. Amongst other things that we found disturbing: there was no wardrobe; the windows faced another building located not more than 1.5 m away, so there was no natural light; there were hairs left in the combs provided by the place; the drain of the sink in the bathroom leaked as the water was running; in one of our rooms, there was no toilet paper; in one of our rooms the shampoo bottle had no shampoo but had been filled with water; at least one pillow cases was stained; there was only one easily accessible socket in the entire room; in one of the rooms, the shower was clogged with hair from previous users; the rooms were not soundproof and one could hear everything going on in the corridor.

This is a new hotel and the rooms feel new. We had a problem with the electricity and the staff was very helpful and changed our room to a new one. Everything was clean and comfortable. Really nice place to stay
