Booked a deluxe double room (1 single bed, 1 extra large double bed) through Booking.com for 2 adults and 2 children. The hotel’s child policy is that children of any age are welcome. The man at the counter informed us on the day of check-in. The deluxe double room has 2 layouts. The one suitable for children requires an additional 10,000 won. We refused, and ended up getting a table without a table. The bathroom has a lot of handrails. It is obvious that it is an elderly-friendly room type, not a family-friendly and child-friendly room type. This can be seen from booking If you look carefully at the room photos on .com, you can see the difference. If you mind, please consider carefully.We were arranged to stay in room 201 that day. After check-out, we were informed by booking.com that the hotel would charge an additional 100,000 won for damage to the blinds. However, we did not try to damage him at all. We called back and communicated with the man at the hotel counter. He insisted that you damaged them. Blinds, if you have any questions, please report them directly to booking.com. This is the first time you have encountered this problem after traveling for so long. We would like to remind guests staying in 201 to carefully check any equipment first. If there is any problem, you must respond immediately.Other small things to share:1. Hotel cleaning is only provided to guests who stay for more than 3 nights, and cleaning is done on one day off.2. The hotel is closed from 3:00am to 6:00am, and the door will be locked. I have safety concerns about this. If any safety accident occurs during this time, how can I escape?3. The floor of the bathroom in room 201 is very slippery, so be very careful when using it. Pay more attention to safety if there are children staying.

Hidden charges, you might end up paying 20-30% more than what you have on your booking confirmation.I booked a Deluxe Family Twin Room through the official hotel website and carefully specified the guests (2 adults, 8yo and 6yo kids) and received written confirmation with the total amount. That was a month in advance of the checkin date (May 10th).On May 7th, in the middle of the night, so effectively 2 days before checkin, I receive an e-mail that says „(…) Two more children will be added, so there will be a total of four children, so there will be an additional fee for two children.” which is pure nonsense since I never booked for 6 people, so I respond that I booked for 4.For that I get a murky response 1 day before checkin, again in clunky English, so I think it’s all a misunderstanding, after all I booked a Family room, right? At this time there are of course no other reasonable accommodation options in the area for a party of 4, so effectively I’m a hostage of the hotel’s goodwill.Still, we arrive hoping that all can be resolved, since I have confirmation with the total price specified, for the correct details I gave. But the checkin manager is completely ignoring our confirmation and coming up with a ridiculous argument about their booking system not being able to process the party details correctly. No consolation is offered (aside from 1hr „early checkin” for our arrival on 3pm, yes, seriously), no amenable solution is possible and we’re forced to pay 20% extra (would have been more of the kids were a bit older).To the hotel owner - I do not need to care about your reservation system, if it does not work, you should change it or fix it. If there is a mistake, you should write immediately, not 2 days before check-in. Ifunexpected things happen a decent hotel tries their best to resolve the issue and provide good service. Unless it is a deliberate scheme to extort extra charges, while putting families against the wall. If I was not travelling with small kids I would have walked out. Shame.

Japanese style cost-effectivenessCooking possible!

Lovely newly remodelled hotel in lively and colourful neighbourhood with super nice people working in reception. We loved that shops, restaurants, cafes were so close. There is everything you need close by! :) The room was spacious enough for a couple, there were all necessary amenities for bath and skin care, mini fridge, kettle, hair dryer, bathrobes and slippers. They provided us clothes steamer in the reception when we asked. Also they have laundry services with washing machine and dryer and also provide detergent if needed. The only downside that we saw in the room was lack of storage space in the bathroom, there were no countertop or shelving to put your toiletries or hooks to hang bathrobe for example, even though the bathroom itself was very spacious. We really enjoyed our time there and definitely would recommend this hotel to others!

It's clean and comfortable. I didn't have time to take a good photo😅 Just like the photos on the store's website, the front desk service is very friendly and very good. The equipment is very new and the smart wardrobe will be cleaned. I only feel that there are a few sockets. When I went to the airport, I couldn't get a taxi from Uber or KakaoT. , but the little sister called for me! Thank you☺️

This is one of the accommodations that I always use well. …
