This is a cozy and welcoming place to stay in Busan, offering great value for your stay. Although it’s a bit tricky to find since it’s located on the 36th floor of a tall building, asking the security guard downstairs makes it much easier. It’s also conveniently close to the nearest subway station. Staying here feels like being in someone’s home, with an incredible view of the city from the top floor. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable, and you’ll receive a small, clean hand towel every day. Breakfast is simple with bread, eggs, and jam—bread is provided in the morning, and the eggs are in the fridge, so you have to cook them yourself. This is a great spot to meet other travelers, making it a cozy, social experience. For the price, it’s an excellent choice, and I highly recommend it!

Excellent location, close to public transport, market, laundry, restaurants. The guy who runs the facility is very helpful. It is a very nice apartment with a breathtaking view, it has enormous potential, but it should be looked after better.The closet doors creak and wake up the others. There are no curtains on the bunk beds, and there is little privacy between them.There are mold stains on the shower tiles. The bathroom closet was dirty and moldy. The tub has no cap, it cannot be used. There is a bar of hand soap that everyone must use, the dispenser is missing.The balcony was full of boxes. I was looking for sugar, but there were clothes in the kitchen cabinets. The dryer is missing. Washing machine wash costs 2000w. Breakfast is included but very very poor: bread, jam, eggs, tea bags and coffee. If you don't eat these things you have no choice. They don't do separate waste collection.It's a shame because it is frequented by nice people, there is beautiful light, a safe condominium.

Best guest house. The price and facilities are perfect. There is a park with large playground equipment inside the residence, which was very useful for families with children.The nearest station is Beomnaegol Station, but it is in a great location just a short walk from downtown Seomyeon. I stayed for 4 nights with my child in a private room with a bathroom. The washing machine costs 2000 won. The lights in the common spaces are turned off at midnight, so you can relax and enjoy your stay. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed.

This hotel is located in a huge apartment building ? There is no sign for the hotel anywhere outside and no clear way to get inside. The guesthouse does not show up in kakao or NAVER maps? I arrived at 23:40 when check in is supposed to end at 00:00, I called to ask if I’m at the right place and they refuse to let me in because they are closing soon. I was right outside the building ready to make the booking on my phone, but I wanted to confirm the location. I am already in Busan so I walked over to make sure the address was right before booking, since it doesn’t show up on any Korean map apps. I would have made the booking before coming inside as I tried to ask them, but apparently they just don’t like to help anyone late at night, even while they are still open.I called another hostel down the street which kindly allowed me to make my reservation and come in even later that same night.Apparently it is rude to call this reception while they are still open. I did go somewhere else which accepted me like a normal hotel.

Really kind and helpful owner. Unfortunately, my upper bed didn't have any shelves for my personal items, but otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay here. I have stayed for a week also it's near to Seomyeon 😉

This hostel has been fantastic. The beds are slightly hard, but I'm a fan of it. Other than that, the other guests have been respectful, a light breakfast is provided, and the common area is nice.

Host went MIA despite I have informed my arrival time (11am) in advanced via agoda chat and email and they have acknowledged! Lift went out of service and the host was still uncontactable, even agoda couldn’t reach the host. Waited for nothing and have to look for nearby accommodation at last minute. Never received any reply or apology from their end till today.

The most amazing view you'll find in Busan for a reasonable price! There are lots of international guests, so it's easy to find people to hang around with. It's a residential area, a really quiet and calm place.

I went there almost a year ago but forgot to leave a review. The place is great, it's in a good location and easy to get to. The apartment is nice and has good amenities. There's a washing machine, so you can do your laundry for a small fee (soap is included) and there's a place to hang your clothes to air dry. The owner was polite and had good communication with me. The only downside is that lights-out is literally at midnight, so if you catch yourself with other guests socializing it's an abrupt cutoff and conversation killer to have lights out so "early".

The top floor of a 36-story building.The receptionist was a middle-aged man who also lived in the building above.Cash only, room clean and quiet. The view is broad, transportation is close to the west and the bus station, and the night view is very strong.The bed is just not very stable.The upper and lower floors and the next door will vibrate when you turn over.

It's a 25-30 minute walk from Lotte Department Store, and about a 15-minute walk from HomePlus. It's in the middle of two MRT stations, but Seomyeon Station is more convenient. The accommodation fee is not expensive, so it's acceptable... The boss only accepts cash, so we I live in an apartment-style building on the middle floor. I remember that there were monitors in the room when I checked in before (I didn't feel used to it). It was a bit tiring to move luggage in a room on the second floor. Fortunately, the boss's father helped with the move.

I used a luxurious guesthouse at an affordable price. The owner is friendly, transportation is good, and the market is nearby, so there are no good places to eat. There was just a slight smell from the bathroom.

It's modern, the view is beautiful. But otherwise, the rooms are poorly arranged, to find a socket you have to go to the other side.The host is just there to collect, and he's not very lively....Breakfast is included, it's a slice of white bread.😑.
