Very Disappointed, at that time my wife came home from the hospital and it was already late at night finally decided to look for the nearest accommodation on Agoda and found this hotel and had already paid in full, I walked to the destination but it was closed. I called and said the waiter was returning home. JD didn't accept guests. , even though there is no big day at the moment, JD told me to cancel it. Maybe it was my fault that I only booked 1 night and JD was ignored, but what I was disappointed with was Agoda, there when we canceled they were charged a 100% cancellation fee, JD was free to cancel so I just let it go. I even submitted a claim to Agoda via email but there was no response so I just accepted it as alms. Finding new accommodation instead of dropping your wife into hospital again is even more difficult😭😭

Don't want to come here again, I booked via Traveloka but when I came to check in, the room was already fully booked, really strange. The service was 0, we had a problem, the receptionist just smiled, didn't appreciate the guests, didn't help at all, when asked about this, they just said I don't know, if I don't know, don't be a receptionist. Asked for a refund, instead we were given the Oyoo call center number, even though we said we ordered via Traveloka. Hadeh😬

Why do you get bad reviews? It's also called 100 thousand accommodation. The important thing is clean. What else do you expect? Want hot water? Breakfast? Big room? Sofa? Don't go to Timothy. If the price is B100 thousand, I want to worry about that. Even the AC still looks like it's all new. I think I'm fine staying there. Because maybe I know myself. When it comes to cleanliness, I think it's very good.The point is, don't expect more. Just get a clean room, cold AC. Sleep well

I booked on Agoda on November 17 for a room on December 30-31 and paid in full. When I arrived at the crime scene, he said it was full. You can refund it, but you can't actually refund it. Money goes down the drain. This accommodation is really bad.

I've booked online for more than a month, when I wanted to check in I wasn't given a room... the reason was a system error. Even though I checked the hotel operator data, my name was there. What's even more annoying is when hotel guests who order via offline less than 2 weeks from the day are served first...Management is very unprofessional, the fault is not ours but we are the ones who are asked to bother taking care of this refund.It's better to just look for other accommodation

Be careful if you want to book here, I have booked from 24 Dec 2023, a Deluxe room for check-in on 31 Dec 2023. (Via admin) At 2 o'clock I WAed the admin "We've arrived in Klaten, sis". The admin answered "okay sis". When we arrived at the location, there were men and their families at the receptionist's desk wanting a refund via the OYO application, there I still didn't know what the problem was. Then it was my turn to check in with the receptionist, it turned out that someone had already taken my deluxe room, and I was offered an economy room (fan and outside bathroom). Then the admin apologized, there was an error blah blah blah. Then he called the manager, he said and was asked "do you want a refund or not?" Weh weh weh, it's great to have a property like this. And the drama didn't stop there, along with me there were probably around 4-5 people who were going to check in, they were from the Agoda application and it turned out to be the same. There are no rooms, they are overbooked. And instead asked the customer for a refund. There was a long argument, the manager didn't want to intervene himself, he didn't answer the phone. But because I ordered via WA, the refund was easy, and I was given 50 thousand compensation?! But is it worth the time and energy? I don't think so. But the group from the application still has a long problem because the hotel doesn't provide a solution except for the customer to refund?!?! Are you told to look for another place? Hello, December 31st is definitely full. Honestly, I want to chat with the admin here and want to stay here because it is close to Prambanan and I have a New Year's event there. Other properties are fully booked. So where are the group going? I don't know his fate. But finally, before I said goodbye to my group, there was still no clarity from the management.So unprofessional. Super disappointed. So baaaad😭, chose this inn because seen on the map and app the price was cheap and the reviews were good, apparently it didn't match expectations, the price didn't match, the room too, you went out together, it's like a boarding house anyway, but the one with the good reviews is the one who owns this inn employees and friends

The price doesn't match all the information from the application, map or other platforms, the bathrooms are shared, so the smell isn't maintained, the water turns off in the morning, the room is like a boarding house, look for another one if you're not cramped

Ordered on the Oyo app and it turned out the price was twice the difference, told to pay again or refund, when I wanted to pay again it turned out the room wasn't available, told to book a room with AC 100 k, that's enough because we were tired we just ordered, the room was ok, there was AC and a fan it's similar to a boarding house, but it's all outside, together with other rooms, it's not worth the price if it's outside, there's no hot or cold water, where the water turns off again in the morning, oh yes, ID is detained for payment
