Our room had a large drink bottle in the window behind the curtains the cleaner missed as well as a wet towel in the bath. I didn't say anything to reception. The breakfast is only just a breakfast. Staff were friendly. Shower does spray water all over the bathroom. Could hear the people talking in the room next to us. Good location

Other things like location services are great, but1. The soundproofing is not good. It bothers me because my sound is loud in other rooms. Earplugs are required for sensitive people2. The air conditioner smells slightly (sour) so I don’t use it.

Great Location, but Noisy and Impractical: The Vincent is situated a 5-10 minute walk from the city's famous shrine and the hanok village attraction - as well as restaurants, the market, and the beautiful river. Unfortunately, our room (308) was VERY noisy both day and night, so the quality of sleep was poor. The bathroom is impractical - the shower sprays everything around. And why were we only given tiny towels to dry ourselves?

It has been remodeled and is clean overall.The location is perfect for traveling to Jeonju. The parking lot was convenient and it was easy to move to other places. You can walk to most hot spots.They have legendary friendly female employees who make a good impression on customers and raise various ratings.Response is customer-oriented and quick.The cafe on the first floor is also great because it can be used in a variety of ways.One welcome drink is provided per day, and it provides a friendly and comfortable atmosphere comparable to that of a luxury hotel, so I drank coffee and read a book, watched a movie shown in the evening, and even had a beer with an acquaintance.

Exceeded my expectations. The Vincent is a super nice hotel perfectly located between the old town and shopping district. The rooms are immaculate and so well equipped. The lady at reception was very kind and helpful. I'm glad we booked this accommodation!

I was really satisfied with the location and room condition. It was close to the Hanok Village!The staff were all friendly and their kindness really came from the heart. The parking lot was good and the cafe was nice! I plan to visit again if I go to Jeonju.

Agoda prices seem to be the cheapest among hotel apps, so please refer to it.The aroma in the lobby and hallway is too strong.A clean motel rather than a hotel.Parking is good.Slightly far from the main Hanok Village.One of the accommodations closest to Jeondong Cathedral.

Great location near the main attractions. Super friendly staff with good English. They gave us perfect recommendations for restaurants and free guided tours. Room (we stayed in room 313) was spacious, quiet, clean, confortable bed big enough for 2 Europeas 🤪), nice linens. Hotel is well renovated lately with adequate standard. Bistro in the first floor offers some food and beverage. Welcome Drink was offered, we chose a draft 🍺 beer, cheers! Very good value for money. The front desk young woman made our stay exceptional due to her kindness 🙏

Good location. Jeonju city is not big. it is easy to walk around. The hotel staff was helpful despite some language barrier.There was a cafe in the hotel. We were given a welcome drinks (claim the free drinks at the cafe).There was an communication issue on the breakfast, the young man who work in the hotel, wears a spectacle; he helped us out and he also helped us to call a taxi to jeonju train station where we need to catch a train to Busan. He even carries my heavy and bulky luggage in the taxi. Thank you so much!Hotel room size is ok, a decent size room. I like the hotel using a dyson hair dryer for the guest. Bed is hard but still comfortable to sleep on.Shower water pressure is good.I will highly recommend staying in this hotel if you are in Jeonju.

We had a very relaxing and memorable stay at the Jeonju Hotel The Vincent.Accommodations:The recently renovated modern decor hotel is centrally located for quick and easy access to the traditional hanbok village. Rooms are clean and equipped with a comfortable bed, small desk and chair.The shower and toilet are in the same room so showering slippers are provided. Toiletries including fresh grapefruit scented shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided. They even include a shower sponge.The toilet has a heated seat and is equipped with all the cleaning options.Staff:The best thing about the Vincent is the welcoming hotel staff. The owners Mr Hwang and his son Yun are very hospitable and make extra effort to answer questions and help with any inquiries. The resident hotel mascot Komi is a gem. She is a very calm and gentle dog that is receptive to all guests.Amenities:There is a relaxing cafe and free parking on site.Definitely would return to stay at the Vincent when we visit Jeongju in the future.

It was recently remodeled, so it was clean and beautifully remodeled. The bed was great and the room was spacious. It is close to Hanok Village and Gaekridan-gil, making it a great location for traveling around Jeonju. If I go to Jeonju, I will only stay here!!
