I don't really write reviews.Never go to this guest house.1. I made a reservation on Hotels.com because it said free parking, butI called when I arrived and was told that I could park nearby in a free parking space and walk for 15-20 minutes. It's not marked as free parking.I'm so sorry that you said it wasn't a problem at all.2. It says on Hotels.com that breakfast is provided. It's also written on the notice in the room.I called the owner the next morning andDue to the coronavirus, meals cannot be provided. Then why is it in the Hotels.com guide?I asked if it said there was free breakfast provided.I called at 08:30.“Can you buy me some bread? “Not now, but available until 10 o’clock.”It is said that3. After coming out quicklyI complained to Hotels.com through an agent. The most absurd thing isThe owner of the bed and breakfast says he is not answering Hotels.com calls. When the agent calls, they just hang up.(The first call was connected at 09:00, and as of 11:59, both counselors said they could not confirm the content because the owner was not answering the phone.)How many times have I been through this, even without watching the videoThis is a place I will never come back to.(In addition, free Wi-Fi is not available well, so it is almost like it is not provided)I thought the owner was calling and apologizing. You're screaming and talking rudely (the entire call was recorded from the first call)Regardless of everything, start from the beginning, whether it’s parking or breakfast. If you had just said an apology, I would have moved on quietly.Hahahahahafrom now onYou are not in business! Please note~I don't really write reviews.Never go to this guesthouse or guesthouse1.
