I liked the location in the Hanok Village because it was not out of the ordinary. The room and bathroom were small, but the owners were so friendly that it was a good experience for the children who went with us.

Entrance gate as per photo. We initially entered and on the left we saw a few ladies and clean laundry being dried so we thought we were at the wrong place. But it's actually the correct place so make sure you ask them if you're at the right place. A very friendly lady greet us and was able to communicate with us in English (a bit plus using translator app on her mobile which we appreciate loads). We were served homemade plum tea (delicious!) and apple. We had a chat and she showed us around and explained amenities to us. You will notice a small room with hot-cold water dispenser, instance coffee, grain teas, coffee maker, cups, fridge, washing machine etc that you can use.For laundry, you can leave your dirty clothes in a plastic bag, and leave it on the bench in the amenities room in the morning. They will be washed for you.You can rest in your room with the door open for fresh air and awesome scenery, or if you wish so like us (mostly), have them closed for privacy. If you wish for hanok stay experience we highly recommend this place. Both of us are happy with the stay and the hospitality given by all the awesome ladies here (thank you!!!).However caution, if you can't sleep at all on hard bed (in this case floor with thin bedding) then this is not for you. If you're extremely obese, you may have difficulty in the bathroom/toilet as it's small. Otherwise it's an awesome experience 😎

The warm kindness of the owner, a native Jinju owner, the warm sunlight falling on the veranda and windows… the true experience of a Hanok stay.

Moheon is located in the center of Hanok Village, so it is very convenient to access. Due to the nature of a hanok, the room is a bit small, but when you lie down on the floor, it feels very large due to the high ceiling. You can also enjoy a welcome drink and snacks made by the owner herself. The room is very warm and you can't feel any drafts at all. There was no dust and the blankets and pillows were always washed the day before staying and dried in the sun. So it has a warm and pleasant cypress scent. Also, the accommodation is very cozy because the actual house I lived in was turned into a hanok hotel. You can see the plants and flowers that you grow yourself and the pictures that your grandmother drew. I had a truly precious vacation at Moheon, located in the center of Hanok Village!
