Stayed here for a Pokemon event. I guess it's more like they're offering vacant apartments than a hotel. There were no towels or amenities, so be careful if you don't have towels. The view was good. Also, the staff was friendly and accommodating us even when we needed to stay overnight. thank you very much.

We stayed in the B building. The room was clean, neat, and spacious for the price. The view from the room was quite nice as the large windows face the open area. The only downside was the uncomfortable bedding sheets that made noise every time I moved. However, I experienced the worst check-in process. They didn't send me any check-in info, so I assumed there'd be a front desk and receptionists to welcome guests. We got there a couple hours earlier to leave our luggages at the front desk or a storage until the check-in time. We walked through the front door from the main street and couldn't find wayfinding or signage anywhere, so called the number in the booking confirmation and the staff lady told me that 1) there is no front desk 2) there's no place to leave luggages 3) the room is not ready 4) we have to take the escalators to the 3rd floor, walk down the hallway, take an elevator to the 4th floor to check in at an office when the room is ready. We waited until the room was ready and followed the direction she told me to check in. We had 4 luggages and had to carry all those. I asked the staff why there's no front desk, and she said they switched to no-contact check in. Then why do they have "pay at the hotel" option and then make us to pay at the office?? Then we were told to go to another building to check into our room.Later I found out that there is a direct entrance to the elevator with access to all floors if we entered through the back of the building, and there are lockers in the lobby area. Then why did she make us take the escalators, walk, and take the elevators twice to check in instead of simply telling us to entering through the back door?? And why did she say there is no place to leave our luggages?? Why do they not send such important information in advance to avoid confusion??
