I stayed here 2 nights. One night with friends, the second night alone. It was really strange that on the second night someone knocked on my bedroom door really hard and for a long time, only to say excuse me after I had been left for a long time, I didn't open it. Then when I asked why I was coming from inside the hotel, it turned out I asked for a car which he said was blocking it, even though I clearly didn't have a car and I also told the receptionist that I was leaving my motorbike in the parking lot. It's not really comfortable. If you want to go to your room at that hour, you should call first because when you check in you are also asked to provide your cellphone number. The service is really strange, it makes people feel unsafe. Not anymore

I chose to stay at Margangsa because it was located in the city center and the price was affordable, but there was something unpleasant that happened at 2 in the morning when a man knocked on the room loudly. When asked, he answered why the car was in the way, even though he didn't have a car at that time. strangely the man who knocked on the room knew my room from the receptionist, the question is whether guests are not given the right to privacy? Why does the receptionist immediately tell that to the person who asked? Please provide an evaluation from the hotel for the comfort of the guests staying

I often staycation in Margangsa because apart from being located in the city center, at an attractive price, I get a comfortable & clean well-maintained hotel, the staff is also friendly. But the last incident made us very disappointed, at that timeAt around 11.00, suddenly the door was FORCED to open from the outside, without any knocking or calls/greetings 'Housekeeping'. Even though my wife had just come out of the bathroom, she was only wearing a towel. As far as I know, there is an SOP for opening the room. There always has to be a knock & call to make sure there are/are no guests. But this morning there was no knock or call, and the door was forced to be opened from the outside using a card repeatedly. I asked several times 'Who' but there was no answer. In fact, the door was still forced to open several times. After the third time we shouted 'Who' then those outside left in a hurry. Meanwhile, my wife was in a position not yet dressed because she had just taken a shower. Luckily I didn't forget to lock the double lock, but even then it still caused panic and trauma. When I left, the officer in charge outside didn't apologize or anything. For me, this is not a minor error but it is fatal because there is no communication or proper implementation of SOPs. Of course this traumatized me, when I imagined there were people breaking into my room.We chose Margangsa for our staycation because it was comfortable and satisfied with the friendly service. So far, even if there are complaints, they are very minor and they are immediately well received, even before my room door was locked and the FO was quick to handle them. But what happened today, to this day I still feel the trauma.That night our WA manager apologized, even for situations like that, not just an apology from Whatsapp, there was no telephone. And there was no compensation as an apology for this fatal incident.

It's quite ok.The front liners are not very friendly. If you are asked whether you are bringing a car or not and the visitor answers yes, you should provide further information so that the car keys will be handed over straight away.There is no elevator. There were no officers to help carry luggage.Hole sheets, bathroom glass for coasters has no support.Please pay more attention to the details π

When you enter the room it smells very damp, the walls of the room are peeling a lot, the AC is not cold, only the wind, instead a fan is offered. The reason he said before was that it was cold, it didn't make sense, if it was still daytime we would have looked for another hotel, but it was already 10pm and the good hotels around were all fully booked. I swear I don't really recommend it. Dirty floor. If you make an impromptu trip, you have to be prepared to be disappointed

Overall it's good, the only downside is that the bathroom in the back room is slippery... I almost fell there, my toddler child slipped and cried... fortunately, why didn't it just hurt for a moment?
