A hotel with no conscience that unilaterally cancels reservations without notice on the day of check-in after being overbooked. If you don't want to go through the headache of looking for another hotel on the day of check-in and spend more money because other hotel prices are higher, book another hotel from the beginning.

This is the worst hotel with no proper reservation management. Never make a reservation.I made a reservation on hotels.com and visited.① The staff at the reception desk makes customers wait for about 5 minutes while working on the computer even though the check-in customer is right in front of them.②When you finally start checking in, they say they don't have a reservation.③When I showed the reservation form, I was kept waiting for about 15 minutes, and then the keys were finally handed over.④When I went to the room, someone had checked out and it hadn't been cleaned.⑤If you make a complaint, you will be told that the room cannot be prepared and that you must go home, and you will be kicked out.I arrived around 11pm, but was kicked out after 11pm.Since I was staying in transit, I went to Incheon International Airport and spent the night there.Unfortunately, the hotel is not able to manage reservations at all, which is the minimum requirement for a hotel.Worst of all, I can't believe the Korean authorities that issued the business license.

The entrance on the station side is narrow and there are cars in the parking lot so you can't get in. The room smells old. The air conditioner is making a loud rattling noise, so I had it repaired and padding was put between it and the wall. The bed was hard and lumpy. The bathroom has frosted glass so you can see inside. You need to sleep near the station and stay overnight without meals.

I made a reservation and stayed here while transiting through Incheon Airport. The room was old, but it was spacious and the bathroom was spacious, so there was no problem. There were many convenience stores and restaurants that were open until late at night, which was helpful.

Worst experience ever, booked 2 nights separately, 1st arrived at around 20:00, informed us they were fully booked and we had to find another hotel by ourselves, before us, another couple encountered the same situation as us.on the 2nd day, we checked in at 15:00, we finally got our room, but the washbasin was leaky. The tissue paper box was empty....We check out in the early morning, found that more than 6 people were staying at the lobby, must be overbooked again. This hotel seems to be operating by 2 people only (an old man, and a woman). Haven't seen the 3rd person.
