It's right near the train station, coffee shop and convience store so good location.The man and woman who run the place are so polite and friendly and made me feel very welcome. :)

Met on arrival by the very friendly host, who showed us to our room and explained everything we'd need to know. The room was immaculately clean and funky including great coloured bathroom tiles! Everything had been thought of including charging cables! When he learned we were Australian he turned on the TV to a live broadcast of the AFL. Gold!!!

If there is no parking space, use the public parking lot.Fee calculated separatelyThe TV may be old, so the screen is fuzzy.Can't watch YouTubeNo internetThe room is narrow and small.Strong light from the station leaks in, interfering with sleep.

The location is convenient, but there is no elevator.Everything is so old and the phone in the room doesn't even work as an indoor phone.The computer either works or doesn't work.Soap is given to guests by drying out the worn-out soap left over from their use.Toothbrush is given only on the first day and the owner is kind or unfriendly depending on your mood.

I had problems with my plug adapter but the manager one for me to borrow. The room was cleaned every day but the sheets were an odd cotton/plastic unusual to sleep in. It’s right outside exit 5 at Juan station and the area has lots of food places. Friendly staff.
