Clean, quiet, secure stay. Recommended for travelers in need of a short overnight stay on the cheap.PROS: Spacious living space that includes a desk, USB charge ports, microwave, fridge, personal restoom w/shower and washer/dryer. Has the essentials for an affordable overnight stay with late night self checkin and self checkout. The host sends you a text with your room # and password so ensure you have a phone with international data plan or WiFi access to get this information prior to check-in. The free 24/7 airport shuttle is excellent -- you are dropped right in front of Hotel Hu, which is where the apartment is located but is a different property, on the upper floors of the Hotel Hu hotel The complementary bottled water and coffee packets was nice.OTHER: The entire process was self check-in and checkout, there was no host person contact for my entire stay. No one greeted me at the lobby or spoke to me on the phone. This was not an issue for me, but could be for someone who's first time it is to the hotel looking for directions or advise on local activities. No breakfast provided but fairly priced for a no frills hotel.. If you can follow directions, you can find your way to your apartment room from the airport and back again.

Poor cleaning, the bathroom drain is clogged and full of water, which is the worst.

I think you should not come here. It's not a real hôtel. There is no lobby, no service : it's self checkin. Moretheless , the bed is just horrible. If you come tired from your flight you will want to sleep but here it's pretty impossible. Because the bed is bad and the what-they-call blanket is horrible. It's a bedspread that has probably never been washed. And no sheet to be between you and this. And if it's a bit cold it doesn't protect you and warm you.I know the localisation is good but it's expensive. Maybe you should go to the best western just near and less expensive or take something less near the airport si less expensive and use the money for the taxi.

I made a reservation but my flight was canceled due to a typhoon, and although due to the type of reservation I was not entitled to a refund, upon giving evidence of the flight cancellation they were kind enough to refund 100% of what I had paid. I am very grateful and I hope to have the opportunity to visit them later. Thanks a lot.

Fine aparthotel close to Incheon airport terminal 1. The rooms are spacious and have a refrigerator, washing machine and simple cook corner. Beds are OK, shower OK but a bit old. You will receive a code for your room from hotel. There is no reception, you just go to your room and open the door with the code. It is possible to walk to airport terminal 1 within 15 minutes. From the hotel you walk to left. At Grand Hyatt hotel cross the street on right-hand side. Go left and follow the red bicycle lane / walkway. You will pass the long parking area. In the vicinity of the hotel are a few supermarkets and restaurants. Very convenient.
