Reliable shuttle bus, super lovely and spacious room with one of the best bathrooms you'll see. However, some downsides are expected, such as the location. Don't expect to have anything nearby, and your best bet is to take the shuttle or a taxi to the airport for food. Hotel food is expensive and not the best. Furthermore, I found that many of the staff had difficulty understanding English. This isn't anyone's fault, for I am in a foreign country, but I found it surprising that there was a significant language barrier at all my visits to the front desk, and they couldn't have someone on shift who understood a sentence. This made someone like myself with an allergy struggle to communicate dietary requirements. That said, I would return, and for my trip to Korea, I’d recommend the hotel.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel the night before our departure. The spacious room had more than enough space to fully open two 28" suitcases, and with its large and varied storage options, we thought it would be great for a long-term stay if we ever have the chance.All the staff at the lobby were kind, and the room service we received was excellent.However, the location is somewhat inconvenient as there aren’t many public transportation options, so we had to rely on taxis.The airport bus driver provided by the hotel was the worst I’ve ever encountered. He didn’t speak a single word from start to finish, and when loading our luggage onto the bus, he nearly injured my hand but didn’t even apologize. His rough driving caused someone’s luggage to fall from the back seat, making the passengers feel uneasy. I was very relieved when I could finally get off the bus and will never ride with that driver again.

When taking the shuttle bus for the airport we had multiple issues:We were told our shuttle had arrived, we got in it, and only realised when we arrived we had been out into the bus to the wrong terminal.The driver was incredibly unhelpful when the issue was brought up with him. (굉장히 무례하고 기분 나뻤습니다)We ended up taking a taxi to get on time to our destination.Bad experience... will never stay here again.

This is a cost-effective option for staying overnight at the airport. Danger. Can only be reached by taxi, there is only one restaurant. We ate at the airport. Rooms are huge, clean and good beds.

This is the hotel you come to when using Incheon Airport.The facilities and location to the airport are good and shuttle buses are also available.It's a shame there's nothing around.

Super hotel. Very spacious, about 15 mins from the airport with taxi/uber or hotel shuttle. The rooms are excellent.
The map of the area is very detailed. Be careful because there is also another Hotel Ora Incheon on gmaps located many kilometres away.
