Horrible, unprofessional and careless.I booked a room last minute for my mum to stay in Seoul because she lost her flight. I paid. After few minutes they contacted me saying there was a mistake and there is no room available. They asked me to cancel the reservation and stated that they would return my money >immediately<.I cancelled, only to find out that my money will be reimbursed after 15 days.I was very disappointed: my mum was all alone going around Seoul in the middle of the night.I would never recommend a place that does not take seriously customer’s time and money.A complete disaster!

It's quite a distance from the station, so be careful if you have a lot of luggage.I was suddenly treated like a thief, which didn't feel good to me.

If you are looking for the best place to stay nearby the airport, then here is the correct answer. It's new and very clean, even the price is very reasonable. The owner of this guest house is very kind and good! The location is very close to the airport and the subway station. If you go to the center of Seoul, it takes only 1h and the transportation system is very well organized. The room and share space are enough to stay and enjoy your time. I strongly recommend here and hope you guys all have good time in Korea!

New guest house near the airport. A lot of caffes and bbq places around. Very clean, big rooms, has all the toiletries we needed. In the kichen you can have free coffee/tea, bread with jam. Friendly staf.

A very recommended place to stay, especially for those who have a red-eye flight or an early flight back home. It is also very suitable for fans who go to Incheon Inspire Arena to watch the concert. Located at Exit 2 of Unseo Station (A08), about a 10-minute walk. There are Compose Coffee and Mega Coffee near Exit 2, as well as many restaurants. There is also a CU at the intersection near the Guest House, which is quite convenient.You can store your luggage before checking in, but you need to follow the instructions and ring the doorbell. After explaining your intention, the door will be opened for you to enter.This time the room is arranged on the second floor. You need to take off your shoes and put them in the designated cabinet before entering. The interior is very clean and tidy. There is a small kitchen in the public space. Tableware can be used casually and just be cleaned after use. The water machine is equipped with hot water function. Milk and bread are provided in the refrigerator, as well as simple breakfasts such as oatmeal, butter, syrup, instant coffee, and tea bags.The single room is not very big, but there is no problem opening the suitcase. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided. This is the first time I have seen an accommodation that provides toothbrushes and toothpaste in nine days in Korea (although I brought my own).Check-in time: 3pm - 11pmCheck-out time: before 11am
