Booked via Agoda, I've booked for 2 nights and I've paid via TF...booked in the morning...That's it, relax... just go for a walk, because I think the payment has been confirmed...Hey, when I arrived at the accommodation, they said the order wasn't online... so... what did I order earlier...?! Magic?!...laugh bitterly...In essence, they said they don't serve online orders.Then what about the money that I paid, sir? (I asked that, bro), they said... later I can get it back, sis, as long as you complain to Agoda... (why are you the one who complained... they weren't the ones looking for a solution... W's money has gone to TF, right...hahahha)It says OYO there, that's also their reason, they say they no longer have a contract with OYO... so they don't claim, and if they don't claim, the money won't come in, and it will automatically be returned. (hahaha... I really don't know... what do you say... right)..As a result, because I was feeling lazy... I was forced to pay again... and I also immediately called Agoda's CS... and sure enough... Agoda has checked, and my payment has been confirmed.The point is, I'm serious, I'm not pleased and I'm not sincere... it's easy for the wrongdoers to get the reward they deserve.

The application price is not REASONABLE at 40 thousand/60 thousand.. the application party does not want to respond to the property about the price damage. Once again they are reminded that the hotel price is normal/not the same as the application..

Got a price of around 80 thousand at Oyo, I thought there was a promotion, when I arrived at the location the guard said he couldn't book from the application and charged around 150 thousand and instead blamed me why didn't he look at the review, my question was why didn't he just delete it in the application?
