I stayed here when I went on a trip to Yeongjong Island with my family. There is a duplex-structured room where a family of four can stay together, so everyone was able to stay comfortably. There was a queen-size bed on the duplex and a double-size sofa bed on the lower floor, so I had a great time playing with my child. Great for a family stay!

While traveling to Yeongjong Island, I was looking for a cost-effective accommodation and found SR Hotel Yeongjong. The room was neatly organized and the bedding was soft and comfortable, so I had a really good rest. In particular, the first impression was good because the hotel staff were so kind and welcoming, and it was a great place to stay for a date. The breakfast was good because it had a lot of variety, and it had a full-window view, so I enjoyed it ~ I want to visit again next time!

Worst of the worst, never go thereIt's a hotel in name only, but it's worse than a motel.There is no staff training at all and it is insufficient.When I first entered the room, there was hair under the blanket and it was not clean overall.I stayed one night and went out, but suddenly the door wouldn't open, so I checked with the front desk and they said the hotel had accidentally cut off the key (they said I had booked for three nights, but registered it as one night by mistake lol)●○●○And the most ridiculous thing lolThe staff opens the door and enters the room where the customer is staying.Does this make common sense? Why don't you just ask him to sleep with an employee instead?●○●○No matter how much I thought about it, I decided I couldn't stay at this hotel for the rest of my stay, so I packed up my bags and went to the front desk to request a full refund.At first, they said no and said they would give us a free stay... haha. What would anyone expect from a place worse than a guest house like that?Even though I talked to the front desk staff, it wasn't a problem that could be solved, and when I asked them to bring a manager, they said the manager wasn't available.The employee went somewhere for a while and got a full refund. He was inside but pretended he wasn't there.Later, I contacted the person in charge and talked to him.This isn't the first time this has happenedBefore that, the customer said he quietly let it go haha. I have no intention of doing that.And looking at the review status, it seems like they just quietly moved on, so please come to your senses...I heard there was someone who experienced the same situation a month ago?I've been to a lot of different accommodations, but SR Hotel Yeongjong is the worst. It's a shame to say it's trash.It's cheap, but if that's the case, go to a motel instead.Thanks to this hotel(?), I won’t even go to Yeongjong Island anymore.

A hotel staff member entered our room without knocking or ringing the doorbell. My companions and I were in the living room, and we were shocked when the staff member suddenly walked in. After seeing us, they quickly apologized and left the room. This made us feel unsafe, and we decided we could not stay at the hotel any longer.We immediately went to the front desk to report this, but the staff member who entered our room did not offer a proper apology. Another staff member apologized instead. Later, the person who entered our room explained that there was a system issue, and our room was marked as a “no-show.” However, during check-in, we filled out a form with our room number, name, and contact information, and we heard another staff member confirm our check-in.Regardless of the system issue, entering a guest’s room without knocking is unacceptable and violates privacy and security.We asked to speak to the hotel manager because we felt this was a serious problem. However, we were told the manager was unavailable. When we insisted, we were told the manager was an hour away and could not come to meet us. This response made us feel like the issue was not taken seriously.We are very disappointed with how the hotel handled this situation. We received several apologies, but no clear explanation or assurance that steps will be taken to prevent this from happening again. We had to ask for an official apology letter and details about how the hotel plans to improve guest safety.This incident made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. We believe that privacy and security should be a top priority for any hotel, and we are disappointed by the hotel’s lack of action. We hope future guests do not have to go through a similar experience.We experienced something unexpected while staying at the hotel. Without ringing the doorbell or knocking, the hotel staff opened our room using the master key and entered. We were surprised while we were resting in the living room, and when the hotel staff saw us, they said ‘sorry’ and quickly left. We were so shocked that we decided that we could not stay longer because we felt that our safety was at risk and went down to the front desk to officially complain about this issue. However, the staff member who entered our room without permission saw our faces (our faces at the time). ) We responded to other issues without apologizing, and only one unrelated employee apologized to us.The staff member came down later and asked for an official apology, and only then did he say, “There was a problem with the check-in system, so our room was listed as a no-show.” However, at the time of check-in, we confirmed with another employee that the room number, name, and contact information were written on A4 paper, and we clearly heard that the employee in charge checked in through another channel. Even if the front desk confirmed it was a no-show, I cannot understand the behavior of the staff member who entered the room without knocking.Since this is a serious issue that threatens the safety of guests and invades their privacy, I said I wanted to talk about it through the manager, but the hotel manager was away at the time, and when I said I wanted to talk about it in person, he said, 'I can't come because I'm an hour away.' I just repeated it. Even though something unforeseen happened during my stay at the hotel, the manager just put off responding with a lukewarm response. The hotel not only kept repeating that they were sorry without saying anything about future response measures, but rather, we, the victims, said, 'Please present a manual on how to deal with this problem for the sake of the next guests, and an official apology on how you will handle this problem in the future.' 'I request this.'We, who were staying at the hotel when this incident occurred, were very ashamed and embarrassed by this incident, but what made us even more embarrassed was the hotel's lukewarm response and the absence of a manual to prepare for check-in errors and trespassing. Those making reservations are requested to carefully consider the above situation when staying at a hotel that does not respect the safety and privacy of guests.

This is an officetel that has been converted into a hotel. There are parcels for residents at the lake next door. I feel really bad. There are so many Chinese people. Well, there is no way the Chinese would know that this is a duplex officetel structure. When you take the elevator, you will be taken to your room with the other residents. For some people, they are deceiving people by claiming that this space, which is a normal space where they eat and sleep every day, is a hotel. As its title suggests, it also provides breakfast. This is my first time seeing a full hotel breakfast. I feel nauseous. I recommend just skipping breakfast and going to a nearby soup restaurant. Oh, and they don't even ask for your room number when you enter the restaurant. Just go in. No one welcomes you. Well, I am poor and I am a sinner. They say it's cheap, but I can't even swallow this rice cake. If you want to stay at an officetel for a day or if you want to have a unique morning with Jjamtong, I recommend it.

Living in a sea view room on the 21st floor, three people live in a four-person room. If four people live in the room and have large luggage, it will be a little crowded.This hotel is a converted hotel similar to a suite building. It is still quite new, clean and reasonably priced.If you want to stay this morning to catch the airport, this location is a bit far.
