I didn’t expect to be so pleased by a guesthouse. Incheon is a quaint spot, the guesthouse is kinda in the back of a lot which, to me coming from the states and being alone was a little sketchy, but when I went back out to grab food realized it felt pretty safe. Host was patient and nice. Room was small but clean and convenient. I was just looking for a place to sleep to catch an early flight, nothing fancy, and this was perfect! Taking the train to the airport was pretty easy, too. About a 10-15 min walk.

I booked with them for April 11 and unfortunately I was not able to proceed with my trip because my mother was sick and got admitted in the hospital. She is very sick until now. I requested for a refund or date change because of this unfortunate circumstance and they refused to be considerate with my situation. They still charged me and never consider a change of date at least. I can't believe that they don't have any compassion with other people's situation.*I informed the property that I cannot proceed with my travel on 08 April 2024. Not on the actual date of the check in.
