Small double room is unacuratedly advertised. If two people and their luggage are inside with the futon "spread", you cannot open the door. The "solution" proposed by the manager was to leave the luggage outside or move to a bigger rom (and pay more)... And apparently this is normal for Agoda, who did nothing to find a solution good enough for both parts, property and guests. Anyway, there are cheaper hanok accomodations around, with bigger rooms and more helpful staff. Avoid this one and keep in mind that Agoda is not going to support you if any inconvenience happens.

The owner was very kind and I liked that he prepared breakfast with great care.The location was convenient because it was in the middle of Hanok Village.I will come back when the flowers bloom^^

The location was pretty near the Jeonju Express Bus Station, about 6-8 minute ride, around 5,000 won taxi fare, very accessible.The hanok itself was really cute though a bit small for 3 persons (we're a bit on the big size so its a bit of a squeeze for us). There's free breakfast of jam and bread, fruit, and coffee. No free water refill (hot or cold), you can't have ramyeon at night.😜The room facilities were okay, bed's comfy, ondol heating is good, but the toilet bowl is moving and the toilet is freezing cold because there's no heating facility whatever for it. So if you're planning on staying on winter, like us, be prepared to have your butt frozen while doing your business!🥶There's no parking space that I know of but the place is right smack in the middle of everywhere, Gonggijeon Hall, Cathedral, Jeonmang Cafe (great place to take amazing photos of the Hanok Village) and the Hanok Village itself.I guess I would have given 5 stars if its not a winter stay for us.By all means book here, you'll enjoy your stay.

One night for a family trip.I selected the search criteria as 3 adults, but it was narrower than I expected. There wasn't enough space for 3 people to lay down blankets, so we had to fold the trunk and put it in the bathroom.Other than that, I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the owner and the well-maintained bedding and towels.I had to move early the next morning to go hiking, but while preparing breakfast, they provided me with warm eggs and rice cakes, so I enjoyed them as snacks after climbing the mountain.The distance from the public parking lot was not bad and I was generally satisfied.

The owner is very friendly and the location of the accommodation is in the center of Hanok Village and close to the public parking lot, so it is very convenient to get around. I will come again next time I have my second child!

I like the atmosphere of Jeonju, so I go often, but sleeping on the floor is very uncomfortable. So, I hesitated and this time I thought about everything and made a reservation. As expected, from check-in to breakfast the next day, they were very friendly and the accommodation was clean, so I was able to travel comfortably and safely in these coronavirus times. Next time I go to Jeonju, I will definitely stay in the same room again♡The lady must have been very appreciative of asking me questions and asking for things while I was there, but I was grateful to her for treating me like family with a smile on her face throughout the trip!!! I'll be with you next time when the flowers bloom!!!♡♡♡

The bedding is clean and the facilities are good. We booked a two-room room on the second floor, and the view from the second floor from the room was also nice. They also provided breakfast, and it was nice to have a simple meal of bread, coffee, and fruit.

Never go. Even though we shared a 4-person room with 2 people, there's only enough space for two people to sleep with a light on. How can the homepage photo be a scam? Plus, they didn't show up even after the check-in time, so everyone was waiting, but even when everyone called, they intentionally hung up and didn't answer, so they called from someone else's phone, so they made a reservation. What's wrong with receiving it right away knowing it's a conversion? It's really trash.
