The staff get 4.5/5. Very professional and very knowledgeable. I had a stain on my towel and they were so understating and accommodating when they replaced it and even apologized.The room is a bit small for tall people but it’s what you would expect for Asia. Maybe a little more roomy than a Japanese room. 3/5Cleanliness is very important to me. The beds looked and felt 100% brand new clean which was very pleasing. The carpet looked really old and I didn’t step on it without slippers. The shower unfortunately doesn’t look like it’s ever been scrubbed which bothers me a lot and our bathroom door didn’t close at all so I have to give it a 2/5I didn’t appreciate that the bed only has one giant comforter/duvet because it was too hot so I could only cover my legs below my knees. Others were too hot but couldn’t take the cover off otherwise they would be too cold. Wish there was a sheet and two blankets instead for better temperature controlAlso strange or not for Korea, I’m not sure, but there was no hand soap in the bathroom at the sink 🧐🧐🧐Overall 3/5 experience

I arrived at Terminal 2, moved to Terminal 1, couldn't find the wrong one, and asked the information person.I was told that it was located in the departure lobby and that yakuza flights were not allowed, so I took CXl and stayed in the lobby.I can't find any guidance on the homepage 😡

CONS|Nonhand soap|No bidet|Room was right by reception so noise level is high ||PROS|Clean|Easily accessible/good location ||Good place to rest if youre there for a long period of time - but there are also alternatives directly in the airport where people can rest if they have a long layover.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with is this hotel, the most unreasonable and inhumane policy, they will not refund you no matter what reason you have, no matter your airline is cancelled or the airline policy changed even that not passengers fault. I was required to pickup luggage (which don’t need to before) when I arrive at the airport, that cause the problem as the hotel is inside the security and I can’t enter the security again until my next flight. It does pass the free cancellation time but it’s not passenger’s fault that cause the problem. I just ask for half refund they refused harshly. I saw there were people whose flight was cancelled they still refuse to refund. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. TOTALLY ROBBER.

Food was excellent. Lot of hustle-bustle. Staffs were attentive and kind except one who asked us whether we had paid the bill when we were stepping out after making the payment on the table. Felt insulted.

It's a huge airport but after a long flight with 12.5 hours layover we got a beautiful quiet air conditioned room here for 9 hours from 0800 for 135,000 won or about $98 USD or $135 CAD.Worth it otherwise we would arrive a nervous wreck with no sleep. King bed, soft duvet and pillows, shower and air conditioning all top notch. Room is windowless, of course as it's in terminal 2 airside so you don't actually enter Korea or need a K ETA if your country would require one to actually go though immigration and customs and "enter" Korea.Recommended by us here at YT ebikecnx7239 and IG ebikeCNX channels.

Long layover, no place to sit in the airport. Even though reviews said there was lots of great place to relax.|I decided to buy 6 hours here. BEST decision!|The rooms are small and basic, but clean and comfortable. |I would do this again in a heart beat if I ever found myself in the same position.
