The experience of staying for a few days at HOTEL ARDITA was very disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness and safety of personal belongings storage. This is because the door lock is not working properly also the latches The doors and windows are broken but they leave it as it is. Various affairs and our activities are interrupted because of this problem.Ants and cockroaches often enter the room.

In my opinion, it's really worth it, for the budget of 200 thousand, I got breakfast and I was surprised when I got up in the morning, I was delivered to breakfast, friendly service at 1 pm. All the facilities can be used safely. Please maintain itโ๐ปโ๐ป

The hotel is simple but comfortable for resting...The guys serve sincerely & friendly...Unfortunately 1, we ask management to equip them with uniforms to make them look more worthy as hotel employees... especially at night.It's a shame that the only hotel in this city...

It was really helpful to have a hotel around Parakan to attend a friend's wedding, staying with my husband and children in a room priced at 300k if I'm not mistaken. The rooms are quite good and quite spacious, all the facilities can be used well, the receptionist was friendly and even opened all the rooms from the price of 150-400 in the end so I chose the 300k one... the children were also comfortable because there was a play area even though it was only a slide and swing. Breakfast fried rice is quite delicious. It's not really disappointing...

The water is dead from night to morning, when I want to pray and take a shower, I'm confused, there's no water, the service is slow and doesn't respond quickly. Helmets are missing, service is very poor. CCTV should be monitored 24 hours so that if something is lost or stolen or there is another incident that is not monitored. I want to know immediately and be able to prevent incidents like that. I told the receptionist that if the helmet was lost, he got angry, he said, "There is already a poster that says lost items are not the hotel's responsibility." We checked in at night, it was raining, so we had time to see the poster and we didn't. expectThere will be incidents of lost helmets being stolen... the parking lot has a gate inside and it should be safer. He said this is not the first case of lost helmets, this has happened before, security should be tighter, not like this... It should also be checked every time someone checks it. Checked in and checked out first, the person checking in didn't bring a helmet, checking out just brought a helmet and didn't get caught, what if someone was carrying a bomb...very "disappointing and irresponsible!!!"

Actually the hotel is good, just suggest adding tissue in each room and mineral water. If there are guests who want to spend the night, their room can be cleaned first so that it is clean and comfortable
