The air conditioner and refrigerator are noisy. The room is spacious, but the bathroom is too narrow. There is a sofa, but it is in a small place and the overall interior design is lacking.

It is a bit old and the facilities are a bit outdated.It was nice that the owner was very kind.The view over the balcony is quite good.I wanted to give it 4.5 stars, but I couldn’t find it, so I gave it 5!

Balcony barbecue is available. But it's electricity, not charcoal.There is a separate barbecue area and it can be used both indoors and outdoors.Do not use the entire balcony. It's a choice between the two.The view is beautiful and it's nice to take a walk. Everyone is satisfiedThe downside is that the building is old. It is unfortunate that the bathroom door was damaged. Since he had no intention of repairing it, he just did the repairs.
