Super great experience! ! ! The guys at the front desk were all super nice. They helped deliver takeaways. They always provided smiling service and even drew cute little people in my notebook! ! I’m so lucky to have booked this hotel for my first time in Chiang Mai! ! I used to worry about whether the sound insulation would be too poor, but we lived on the fifth floor and there was no sound at all! I slept very comfortably and woke up naturally every day. There is also a 711 nearby, which is very convenient and the price is affordable. Anyway, the service is the best! People don't feel that they are treated as outsiders at all, and they would originally worry about whether they will be treated differently when they go abroad. The environment is very safe and good. The average distance to popular attractions is about two kilometers. The room is clean and tidy, but it will be a little damp when you first move in. You need to turn on the air conditioner to dehumidify, otherwise friends with measles may develop allergies (like me... ) I will stay here again next time I come to Chiang Mai~i promise! !

This is a hotel in Santitham that is frequented by many travelers.Clean and friendly for the price.Location is convenient.There is a swimming pool, so it is convenient even if you have young children.

The location is good. It only takes about 10 minutes to drive to many places.The disadvantage is that the water pressure in the bathroom is a bit low and it takes a long time to take a showerIn addition, the hotel staff service is very good

Second stayIt's in the center of the local area, near 7-11, there are lots of local foods around, and it's a little set back from the alley so you don't have to worry about the noise of motorbikes.Beautiful new hotelHowever, the soundproofing is not good, and the service is moderate.It seems like I can watch Netflix on my smart TV, but is there an internet connection problem? Connects but no sound lolReasonably priced and overall satisfied

A nice hotel, but lacks atmosphere. The breakfast room/lounge is empty and deserted, but you can take food out or have it delivered. Swimming pool is certainly a big plus for children. Rooms are clean and spacious.

This minimalist/industrial style has been apparently very popular in Chiang Mai, and this hotel has executed it well enough by keeping the lobby modern and airy, with so much space to chill.Pool is clean, and the slide by the side definitely adds some fun bonus.Room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable enough to guarantee you a good sleep. However, the overall decor is a bit too simple that can be improved for more coziness.Overall, a good place, budget-friendly, covering all you need for a trip.

Location, room condition, swimming pool, friendly staff - all were good. There were many good restaurants within 5 minutes, so I was able to eat comfortably from early in the morning until late at night, the swimming pool was cozy, and the slide was so fun. I want to come back again. Highly recommended.

a really affordable, beautiful place to stay when in Chiang mai.
We had to book a extra day on short notice and they were completely cooperative and helpful. Rooms were super nice and spacious!

It is a little far from the center but if you rent a motorcycle or take a grab it is only for 100batsThe rooms are super super clean. Very friendly staff. The only drawback is the breakfast.

A pleasent hotel close to the old city offers large comfortable rooms with interconnecting doors to accommodate for families,which a great and not common feature.The staff is kind. No breakfast served here. It's an excellent value for money.There is a cool pool with a water slide near the reception.

Cheap, good location and roomThe swimming pool is pretty and very nice.The water pressure on the embankment was weak and the towels were old.Highly recommended if you are staying in Santitham for a week or two!

First of all, the location is really good. It is located in the center of Santitham, so it is great for going out to places such as Nimman Haemin and Old Town (Chang Puak). It is difficult to recommend it for a romantic couple trip or a comfortable family trip with children, but I think it is a perfect hotel for cost-effective travelers who do not attach much importance to accommodation.The beds are spacious and the staff are friendly.There was nothing inconvenient during my stay.If I come back, I would like to use it again!

We will check in in late June 2024, stay for two nights for two people, book a room, NT$1,271, no breakfastAt such a price, you can stay in a hotel with a swimming pool. It can be said that the CP value is very high.There is a refrigerator on the first floor and sells beer, drinks, snacks and instant noodles.There are also some shared tableware, microwaves, etc. available for guests to use in the lobby on the first floor.There are also water dispensers and towels. Towels are for guests who swim in the water.The swimming pool is on the first floor of the hotel. There is also a water slide that you can slide on. The water depth is not too deep and adults can step on it. There is also a shallow water area with a depth of only ankles around where you can sit and rest. It is very comfortable when the sun is shining.There is only one elevator, so you can see the surrounding areaThe entire corridor is a bit dark, and the sound insulation seems to be not very good. The sound in the room will be faintly transmitted to the corridor. But it's fine in the room.There are no indoor slippers in the room. There is a small balcony. Since we live on the fifth floor, the view is great. We can see the mountains and the surrounding city. I feel very good when watching it.WiFi is provided, which is written on the room card, but the TV cannot be connected, so even if there is Netflix, you can only use the Internet connection on your mobile phone.There are two small disadvantages. 1.
