We had an amazing stay in Wisma Giri Myluo. The rooms were very comfy, and clean, with tables on the outside where you can sit, relax and enjoy the view!

A clean two-floor budget hotel, now with a rooftop offering views to Mt. Lawu and Sekipan Hill. I've stayed twice with my wife, and got the same spacious and quiet room on the second floor with a double bed, tables, chairs, a clothes hanger. A clean restroom with hot water for shower, a big water bucket with a scoop, and a Western style toilet. We got two bottles of mineral water, two towels, and a small soap bar. Good enough TV reception (some free channels) and free WiFi. Friendly owner. A garage for motorbikes and a spacious parking lot for cars. On our first stay we got a free pot of hot tea and sugar and the hot water for shower worked fine, while on the 2nd stay we also got a hot water thermos with tea bags, coffee and sugar but the shower hot water was too hot and uncontrollable (the switch on the temperature control panel was missing). The same minuses: no sink, no tooth brush and tooth paste; no shampoo, tissue and toilet paper; the towels were thin and didn't absorb well; only one thin blanket; mosquitos (!).

This guesthouse, which is located in the Tawangmangu area close to the Grojogan Sewu waterfall, is in a village which is usually used for accommodation.Motorbike access, if the car only reaches the mouth of the alley but is only 1 house away.2-story building, clean rooms, bathroom, balcony and yard.Friendly ownerSuitable for those who need safe, comfortable, even simple accommodation (like a house & village environment).Price via Agoda is ±90k, plus tax, etc., it's ±110k, still commensurate with the condition of the room, etc. plus warm water (see photo/video for details).#recommended for low budget or just touring
