The owner is friendly, but the building and rooms have many signs of age. The surrounding environment.....

I like the view right across Eoyeong Badang. The sound of the sea water is also lovely. This accommodation is located in a beautiful location, with a view of the Jeju Airport runway and planes taking off and landing from the back veranda, as well as Hallasan Mountain in the distance. However, there is quite a bit of aircraft noise when you leave the room.

I wondered if there would be a rating lower than 1.Should I call this a lodging establishment? Some are not managed at all. There is no warm water, and the mattress is stone. worst!

Facilities comparable to those of a 90’s couple’s lodging. There's nothing to call it a service, I just received the key, went to bed, took pictures of the sunrise at dawn, bought cup ramen at a convenience store, boiled it, and left. There is no TV, and the wall-mounted air conditioner is covered in dust. ㅠㅠI had no intention of taking a picture of Seojin and uploading it.

If you make money, where do you spend it? I'll tell you everything with photos of the room I booked after looking at the view. It's a shame because the key was recognized...the key box was smashed....There really wasn't any maintenance... It's a resort, but the air conditioner is broken, something you only see in motel rooms in the countryside (is the filter exposed like that even cleaned? The smell is terrible and there's a lot of dust), and the floor could use a vacuum cleaner at least once. It looks like it, but it doesn't even do that, so there's dust that gets stepped on, and if it's a restaurant with a good view, they should have cleaned the windows at least once before a new guest checks in. There are handprints and other marks left... The wallpaper was torn, and the bathroom was like the picture with mold or something running down the corner. I was even surprised that the sound of the door opening and closing next door could be heard directly from the bathroom. What I want to say is that you should at least manage the condition of the room you are operating in. Does this make sense??It's the worst. Please wash or change the large cushion on the floor... It smells like arrogance, so the dust is flying around and there are traces of who spilled something... Wow... I'm really mad when I think about it. I stayed here because it was close to the airport and seemed to have a nice view, but it was the worst. If maintenance was needed, wouldn't it have been right to put the room under maintenance and not open it? You may be wondering why you didn't protest when you checked in and now you're doing it, so let me tell you, it was late at night and I couldn't go anywhere, so I had no choice but to stay there and I was exhausted. I was not in a state where I could go anywhere further.Does the exterior look like a haystack that hasn't been cleared? I thought it was an abandoned house because of the grass residue and piles of trash. I'm not just complaining about an old building that doesn't live up to expectations, but if it's a facility for lodging, shouldn't we at least check the condition of the room before guests enter and prepare for facility renovation needs and cleaning booths? You can't do this to foreign visitors who have to pay for expensive things to visit.

If I'm bored, I don't care about planes taking off or landing. But I can’t stand the lack of Wi-Fi! Even when I told him that the wifi wasn't working, he said that it was working and that there was no problem. He didn't want to deal with it, and he sent me a KakaoTalk message. He said that there was no problem even if I took a picture of it for almost 2 minutes and showed it to him. When I first went there, he said that if I unplugged the electric cord and plugged it back in and it didn't work, he said he would change the router. It was also annoying to be treated like a whining person asking to change rooms. In the end, on the last night, I planned to stay in a comfortable motel close to the airport, close to the night sea, and a park, and travel around Jeju Island, but I was so angry that I wasted nearly 4 hours while struggling with Wi-Fi. They told me to get a refund and leave and that there was no other way, but I didn't want to be stressed so I left right away to find another room. The room was clean and there was a large parking space, but I had no luck getting a room.
