This is a motel and there are no water boiling facilities in the rooms. There is a common space only in the lobby on the first floor. The concierge is friendly.

Pros: It's cheap and the location is great because it's near a bus terminal. Recommended for a quick trip. Cons: No soundproofing. Sounds of people talking and farting in the next room. The room on the right is noisy, so the room on the left is noisy. There's no soundproofing. Earplugs are a must. I think I woke up 5 times.
