For the price I was very impressed. There was a mix up about my room when I arrived but they fixed it quickly and politely. Even stored luggage and allowed me to stay a little late next day. The location is peaceful and easy to find.

This is my ghost town experienceMy stay for 3 nights1. No one there for check-in and no self check-in ~ devastated2. No Room service , No one at reception, No lights at lobby ~ scary as hell3. Hotel are dirty , looks like no one there to maintain the quality4. If you want to experience ghost town you might probably like this ~ Spooky5. The location is so good. It is close to Saeyeongyo Bridge, Cheonjiyeon Falls, Jeongbang Falls, Lee Jung-seop Street, and Seogwipo Ollae Market, and the rooms were clean and warm. This is an accommodation with free breakfast and a bidet at an affordable price?? Highly recommended.

My wife and I had a great experience at Pine Hill Hotel. We have been traveling all over Asia and this might be the best value and friendliest hotel we have stayed at. Great location and comfortable room. We were given great restaurant recommendation. The front desk even went out of his way to drive us and help us order at a couple great spots.

There are many empty rooms on the first floor.Red spots on the neck, back, and legsIt’s been a week and it’s not better ㅠThere is no soundproofing so you can hear noise from the room next door. The second floor was okay so I visited for the second time.

Except for room 315, the other rooms are not spacious, but they all have shower facilities and even toast in the morning. Advantages include having an elevator, a convenience store nearby, and a walking trail nearby. The surrounding scenery is also good.
