Good location but it’s look more like motel than hotel with bad condition.

It's trash. They say they really know the rating, but even though the reservation is made, they say there are no rooms, there is no one at the front desk, and they respond to guests remotely, completely unmanned. Of course, there is no way things can be done properly. As for the refund process, even though the hotel had run out of rooms due to a mistake, the guest was told to call Yanolja and take care of the refund. I feel really dirty

Not much except the location and 2 computers.The water pressure was weak, the bed felt like it would break, and the mattress was in bad condition. I could feel the springs and they had become thin due to age.They emphasized the restrictions before entering the room, and although there was a water purifier, there was no bottled water in the refrigerator. There was nothing.Not sure about a return visit

1. After checking in, the person at the front desk will go to your room with you and turn on the boiler. I was surprised when he said that. 2. The window wouldn't close properly → A man came and hit it with a hammer → It wouldn't open this time. →It was a hassle to call the front desk, so I opened it with my stupidity. 3. The room is large. I have two PCs and two PC desks, but since I'm not here for an online cafe, I don't need two. 4. The lady at the front desk is kind. In most cases, they will call an acquaintance who speaks Japanese to try to understand.

Because I want to play games, I chose an accommodation with a computer. There are basically two computers in the room. The soundproofing part should be OK. The headphones attached to the room look very old. The computer is not particularly fast to use. It may be recommended to go online. coffee

I gave this hotel a star and i wish if i can rate it less than zero!Arrived late at night, the guy at the counter speak no english so we were communicating through translation app. The reception - the cover of the hotel- was disgusting and not clean with a lot of bugs plus smell bad !!! Facilities elevator/ corridor not clean and also smells bad.Went to the room and found the inside lock broken, with what i have seen. Decided to get my money and leave to another hotel. Went back to the reciption only about 5- 10 mins from entering the room that i didnt even sat down at. Had difficulty to communicate again, and guess what when i was saying that i do speak english only. He said you are in korea no english !!!When described the issue of the lock and request my money he refused to return any of it. So i told him ill call the police cause this is stealing my money!Then after so many arrangements he returned the rest of the nights money except the arrival night money so i had to sleep there unfortunately!!!Bed were so hard and sheet smells so bad !! The edges of the room had accumulated dirts and some of the lights are burnt.Im on budget like most of travelers as i spent most of my time outside but staying in a clean and comfortable place i think very important in addition to the cost as it will impact your comfort and sleep.Not recommended even for a night stay !! Pay a lityle more for a clean and comfortable place
