The boss's tone and attitude are not normal. If you want to pay money and feel bad, go.We paid and were resting when two women came to us while we were sleeping and knocked on the door and told us to leave, so we quietly left~:-)I saw a sign saying indoor delivery was prohibited, and it said to call if you want to eat, so I called to ask. They said my tone and facial expressions were blah blah and they were leaving! What did you think of the boss’s tone and expression? As I was yelling at Yanolja's customer service center, I could tell that his harsh tone of voice meant he had a bad personality!Everyone, have a nice trip to Jeju and never go here again.

It's the worst. The room was so cold I shivered all night. There was no guide on site and it was non-face-to-face, but it seemed like one person was managing multiple motels. worst.

We arrived on time, wrote to the mail that was indicated at the entrance to the hotel, in English no one answered that we had arrived and wanted to receive instructions for check-in. There was no one in the “lobby”, there was a door with the inscription “information”, when we opened it we were horrified, it was a mess, there was garbage everywhere. We decided to look for people in the hotel itself, began to climb on foot, were horrified by the devastation around, on the 2nd floor there were dirty mattresses, beds, televisions, on the 3rd floor the floor was covered in pellets, it stank of cigarettes, dirty rooms were opened into which anyone a person from the street could come in, and there was a general feeling that it was a brothel. No one answered the letter, they wrote to kakao, there was also silence, by the time it was already 15.15 (check-in is from 15.00), they wrote again in Korean, after 10 minutes a nervous employee came out, without saying hello, asked about the reservation, and then began to hysterically that our reservation was not there .By the way, he didn’t speak English at all and didn’t have enough brains to use a translator, the whole dialogue consisted of hysterics “Victoria 없어!없어!”, then I asked to check the name of my friend (they booked 2 rooms in my name), he opens the reservation where it says my first and last name, and he shouted 없어.Okay, we settled in with grief.By the way, we were given a password that apparently does not change. The hotel has only 1 security camera in the lobby and it seems to me that it does not work. That is, anyone can enter the hotel at any time of the day, and if a person previously lived in the same room, then he can enter it.There are no complaints about the room itself, except for the lack of a sheet on my bed, there was only a mattress pad, by the way, my friend had a sheet in her room. I asked to put a sheet down, the same employee said that it was not allowed, when asked how it was not allowed, he simply turned around and left.In general, I slept on a dirty mattress cover for all 4 days. There was no cleaning in the room, the “clean” towels stank. Very dirty everywhere. The staff ignores all questions as much as possible. I'm shocked.

Location is excellent. Nr buses, shops and coastal walk. In the hostel you can go to the roof or your room. There are no common areas apart from lobby and rooftop. However there is only one chair and that's in the lobby and there are no tables. There is a hot water tap and you are allowed to eat in your room. If you are on a limited budget, you may want to do a quick calculation. Starbucks mc Donald's convenience stores and traditional market all within a 10 min walk.
