I cannot stress how much I do not recommend this hotel!No staff available to help check-in, you have to check in over the phone. Key cards for the room are left out on the reception desk, therefore accessible to anyone who walks into the lobby. The room was filthy, and doesn't look like its been cleaned in weeks or more.The only positives are that the air conditioning worked very well, the bathroom amenities were sufficient and the view from the room was nice

The smell of mold, the air conditioner is broken, and the room environment is absolutely terrible. Not managed at all. I would rather throw away my money and find another accommodation on the spot and sleep somewhere else. There is no service. It is at the level of a Gwigok mountain lodge or a ghost hotel.

This is a good value hotel. It is small in size, so there is no restaurant in operation. Still, the room itself is nice. Cheonjiyeon Falls is nearby, and Olle Market is a 20-minute walk away. In short, good value for money accommodation!

It was nice because it was quiet and clean!! It was great for a reasonable price and the staff were friendly!! I'll come visit you again next time^^ Thank you for the room with a bathtub♡♡♡ It's great for the nearby Chilshimni Park and Sammaebong walking course!! I want to travel quietly I highly recommend it to everyone!!

The room is good for the price. It's quiet and there's a walking path nearby, so it would be nice to take a break.If communication is good,,,It's inconvenient because it's difficult to communicate with the boss because it's non-face-to-face.There are no amenities, and the only things you would find in a motel are shampoo, body wash, and disposable soap.No conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, or other disposable products.I called at the main building, but they didn't answer the phone right away, so I waited and finally got a call. They said I had a reservation at the annex, so I walked for about 10 minutes and they said they had mistaken me for another guest and said they were sorry and told me to go back to the main building.I carried my luggage again and walked again for 10 minutes.It seems like it would be quick by car, but I was traveling alone by foot, but I was so exhausted that I canceled one plan, rested for a few more hours, and then went on to the next plan.Well, I understand the need for non-face-to-face communication due to the current situation, but I think communication should be better.It makes no sense to mistake it for another guest.Oh, I didn't have a TV remote control, so I contacted them and they said they would bring it to me, but they didn't come, so I asked the cleaning lady to give me the remote control, and she searched around the bed, found it under the bed, and gave it to me.What is it,,,? HahahahahaAnyway, I think everything will be resolved if it’s not face-to-face.

I understand the idea of unmanned check-in due to the coronavirus pandemic, but when I called the phone number at the information desk, the phone was turned off. I waited for more than 10 minutes and heard another guest coming and calling from a different number. I borrowed the phone and finally checked in. Putting aside the facilities, I started checking in. It's a difficult place
