neatness. Very good value for money.Agoda price difference is severe. I made a reservation for 57k. If extended, it becomes 35k the next day.There is a washing machine, but no detergent (they say there was a vending machine in the past, but there isn't one now).Stove. microwave. There is a sink, but I couldn't use it because there were no kitchen utensils.If you don't have a car, it would be better to use a cost-effective accommodation in the Jeongbang-dong area, located one block away. It's a residential area, so there's only E-Mart within walking distance.

This is the most cost-effective accommodation in the area. Breakfast is not provided, but the room itself is nice. The price is cheap too. You can also wash your laundry and hang it out. I stayed in 4 places in Seogwipo and this is the best.

This is a business hotel located on Jeju Island. This place was originally used as a studio, so the rooms are very spacious despite being a business hotel. The room has a TV, washing machine, microwave, dryer, and cooking utensils. It costs about 4,000 yen per night, which is much cheaper than surrounding hotels, and it's newly built so it's very clean. There is a dedicated mechanical parking lot, but the parking lot can only be used by passenger cars. Free parking is available within a 2-minute walk.

It feels more like an officetel than a typical hotel.There is also a microwave, gas range, and washing machine.I feel more comfortable here than at the hotel.
