Stayed here for 4 nights. While the room is relatively clean, it’s very old and the sliding mirror door from my bed room to the wash basin is not working (stuck). There is a little cooking area with induction heater and a hood however of no use.The room door lock from within the room is not working so we just hope no one will attempt to open the door to from the outside.There was no bath towel provided so those planning to stay here, you may consider bringing your own.The pillows are definitely bad cause it’s so thin and soft that we don’t feel we have a pillow at all. Of course you can ask for extra pillow.They have 2 sets of self-help washers and dryers at the lobby however everything is in Korean.Overall if you are looking for a place that’s value for money and in close proximity to some good restaurants and eateries, you can consider this.

First of all, the spacious rooms like a resort are the best👍👍If you go with kids, hotels are small and stuffy, but this place is great in that regard and the refrigerator is large, so you can eat simple meals at the accommodation.I only go here in SeogwipoThe location is great as it is close to Olle Market and tourist attractions such as Jeongbang Falls and Soesokkak are nearby!

Good location. Parking. Trash. Room not cleaned. Cleaning condition is poor. Toilet and bathroom. Translucent glass visible from outside. Door does not close or lock. Worst.

I really hate to sound like I’m complaining (and it sucks to write this) but I DO NOT RECOMMEND this “3-star hotel.” It had a horrible experience due to an uncomfortable bed. Long story short—BED IS ROCK HARD.I booked for 3 nights but had to check out on the second night because my husband and I were aching all over .** P.S We don’t have any back problems either. **More to add- the 2 pillows provided are super flat, and bath towels are “face towels” that you’re obligated to use for your body.There is also mold in the bathrooms. It’s an old building with a poor parking infrastructure. You are required to park on the floor floors using a lift, which makes it annoying to come and go.You truly get what you pay for! Don’t let the pictures of the lobby and rooms deceive you.

3.6“Worst hotel ever. No towel and no cleaning service! Be aware! ”We booked this hotel from agoda, seems like it’s a decent hotel with 4 stars. But, there’s a big but. first of all. When we arrived, there is no parking space available anymore, so we had to park in the public parking lot 200 meters away. Ok, it was fine. Then, when we arrived in the room, trying to take a shower, we found out that there were no shower towels. Only 2 small face towels. We thought they forgot. So we went to the reception to ask, and they told us there’s no shower towels offered in this hotel! Only face towel!!!That’s something I’ve never heard of in my whole life. We were too tired to argue, so we asked 2 more face towels and went back. Next day, we spent the whole day outside hiking, and we were so tired and exhausted, we went back to the hotel expecting to see our room clean and tidy to have a good rest, but the room was as messy as we left this morning. The Bed was not made, the trash bin was still full. We went down again, and ask them why our room was not cleaned, they told us it is written on the policy that they don’t offer the cleaning service to the room. So we opened the Agoda webpage, to show them that this policy was no where to be found. Then they told us that it was only written on the Korean website. At this point, we told them that all of these is UNACCEPTABLE for a normal hotel, but They just keep saying “ sorry, so what can we do? ” 0 problem solving skills. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life; and I’ve been to many many many places. By the way, the reception does not speak English at all. All the communication was done through Google translate.

In general, the hotel is reasonably clean. Reasonable price point where we paid about USD200 for 3 nights. Self check in/out makes it very convenient. The guys at the concierge were very helpful but they knock off at 9pm. Rooms are only provided with 2 small bottle of mineral water daily so if you need more, there is a convenience store at the lobby of the hotel. As like other reviews, there were no bath towels so all of us, a family of 4 had to use the face towel given. There are no floor cloths too which is really weird. The hotel is a little old with limited parking spaces. Good location with good Japanese restaurant just across the road.
