As someone who works in the travel industry, I have a harsh word to say.Note thatExtensive hotel inspection experience in Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Guam, Hawaii, Taiwan, Japan, Germany, Bali, Cancun, Mauritius, Maldives, Italy, France, Prague, etc. Basically, I like to travel, so I have experienced everything from the highest category rooms to hostels in the middle of nowhere.1. Room hygiene: I reserved a suite for 4 people, but I requested a double bed + single bed. However, they just give you a blanket with zero cushioning on the floor, and a strange pillow that raises your neck at more than 45 degrees when you sleep on it.I usually get itchy when it's dry, so on the first day I went to sleep, I thought I was going to draw it because it was itchy, but when I turned on the light and looked, I saw a bed bug. When I went to the front desk at 5 am, there was an employee wearing glasses and sweats. After explaining the situation and showing videos and photos, I asked what to do at this time. Since it was my father's reservation, I didn't want to fight, so I just asked them to change the additional bedding as soon as I got up. The next day, when I explained the situation to another employee who was about my mother's age, he spoke to the young employee with glasses at the front desk as if he were admonishing me, but he said, 'Oh, I'll take care of it.' This must be the hotel's son or an acquaintance.2. Breakfast: I heard that guests staying at a Korean restaurant costs 10,000 won per person, so I tried it. The food in the photo is Dime. I'm warning you. Zero hygiene. There were several foreign substances in the drink cup that looked like insect legs or something half the size of an eye. It's mine, it's our daughter's, I showed it to the staff, and instead of washing the cup again, the performance ended with me replacing the citrus drink I had poured with a new one. It seems like the employees here are just dissatisfied with the work itself.3. Types of guests: Chinese, Indian, Korean, Western, etc. The problem is that I am very worried that people will judge all hotels in our country after using a hotel run by a random person.4. Location: Top tier. It's right in front of Hamdeok Beach and boasts a crazy view if you book a suite. One photo comes out really well.5. Price: Considering that it is in front of a hot beach, it seems like a good idea to pay 100,000 to 200,000 won for a suite room per night during the peak season.6. Emenities: Nothing but shampoo, body foam, and conditioner. There is a vending machine on the first floor, and a toothbrush costs 2,000 won. It's cheaper to use a nearby convenience store or supermarket.7. Parking: Give up.8. Surrounding commercial areas: ☆☆☆☆☆It's full of good restaurants. For your information, there are a lot of news about Jeju Island being ripped off these days, but after experiencing it myself, half of it is bullshit. You can have a luxurious course meal for 4 people for about 100,000 won. People who don't want to spend this much on meals should just eat ramen at home and go on a vacation.9. Overall review1. Don’t eat breakfast, but recommend the nearby Jomnyeo Haenyeo Restaurant. Open from 07:00. 12,000~15,000 won per person. Good quality.2. Don’t expect service. It's comfortable if you think of it as being at the level of a part-time worker at a local motel.3. If you care about hygiene, pay more and get 4 stars or higher.I will continue my business for a long time.It appears to be a hotel run by family and acquaintances rather than a corporate operation. You seem to have some pride. But I hope you don’t use the word hotel.I don't think I'll ever go again.
