The worst service ever ruined my enjoyable trip.This hotel does not guarantee guests' privacy at all. please refer to thisI am a woman in her mid-20s.As I woke up on a tight schedule and was worried that I might be late in checking out, I hurriedly finished taking a shower and the room doorbell rang. I looked at the time and saw that 10 minutes had passed.I'm so sorry, but I'm leaving with the intention of paying the extra fee! After answering loudly, I was looking for something to put on, and he rang the bell repeatedly and then knocked on the door with his fist. It was so scary.A staff member was yelling outside, and just as I was getting impatient, I heard the door open, so I was startled and hid next to the bed.I wondered if I had heard wrong.It's not like you didn't answer, but you couldn't wait that little bit and opened the door with the master key while a guest was inside.If I hadn't hid myself at that time, I would have found myself naked without being able to respond to the room being opened without warning. It's scary to even think about it.As soon as I opened the door, he asked why I wasn't answering the phone and asked if I could give him a few minutes. But when I checked later, I found out that the room phone wasn't connected?Why should the guest bear all the damage due to the hotel's mistake, and the shame and unforgettable memories I received cannot be compensated for by anything.Is this the best service from this hotel without any common sense apology?If you check out 10 minutes late, your privacy will not be respected and is the room open policy?Please keep this in mind when using this hotel. If you are 5 or 10 minutes late, the master key will be used to open the room door.This is a hotel with no apology or respect, just a staff member yelling at you to leave quickly.Please refer to this before using.

It's close to the airport. The bus stop is a bit of a walk. It takes about 7 minutes from the airport by taxi. The room is clean, spacious and nice. That's it for accommodations. There are many rental car companies nearby.

Room condition is generally good.The service said sandwiches would be on the first floor in the morning, but I was disappointed that I couldn't even see them.The location is close to the airport, so it's good for going to the airport the next day, but it's disappointing that there are no restaurants nearby.
