Wholesale price department stores have always been the cheapest, even though non-AC stores are a bit hot when there are lots of visitors. Paid parking. Quite complete with groceries. Now you can also deliver min. 200 thousand

Please re-select the receptionist. Where do you get it? From the trash or from school? People who say they haven't finished yet and are asked if they want to book are immediately told to go to the hotel and then hang up the phone. It's like you're not educated. Today's incident is August 27 2024 at 14.30. It's a shame that a nice, comfortable hotel is lacking because the receptionist behaves like an uneducated person.

Mahaaal for Ponorogo. Cheaper hotels in Bali. non AC only fan 219 thousand. In the small AC rooms the water doesn't leak. AC rooms above 300 thousand don't have blankets, towels are dull, ugly, just give 1 towel. This hotel wins because it's just near the main square

the reception is really bad, really can't be friendly towards guests who want to stay overnight... the shopping place is quite satisfactory, the prices are affordable etc...?? family holiday with the intention of wanting to stay at Poper near Ponorogo Square... just because of the reception we have I didn't stay overnight...please give guidance from the management to the reception so that it can be friendly towards guests...

Check proof of transfer a long time ago. And if you ask how long it will take to check or wait for the accountant. Given the silent treatment.Can call when people are sleeping at 10 pm just to ask when to check in. Even though all customers by train will definitely check in at dawn. There's only one train schedule.I booked on the 4th of July and checked in on the 5th of July at 6 am. Told to pay additionally because they said it was a different day. Well, I booked the day before, you know. To check in at 14 o'clock on the 4th, but only checked in at 6 o'clock in the morning on the 5th. Apart from that I already lost half a day (because of my own awareness of booking for earlier), but I was still told to pay additionally because it was said to check in different day.Now I understand why I was called at 10pm. The choice was between there being no customers like me, booking already the day before. Or maybe I just don't know the habits in hotels.

Please provide CONSISTENT parking rates. Usually it's 2 thousand, if there's an event it's free, whereas when there's an event in the square the rate is doubled. It's a trivial thing but it can also be detrimental to visitors.The employees were also not friendly, when asked about the product they didn't respond at all as if they hadn't heard even though the position was very close and the surroundings were quiet. Please condition it

nice near the square but when we got there it had just been cleaned so we waited a few minutes sitting in front... there was no soap dispenser.. asking for wifi had to be typed in by the boss... huhuu but the food was delicious...
