Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff who responded to requests promptly. It's also near the airport. They have 24 hours free parking valet which is very convenient.Booked it for first 2 nights of stay in Jeju. Room was spacious and comfortable. They provided free breakfast sandwiches that are delivered to a cooler bag hanged on door outside. We can bring them down to the lounge next to the lobby to heat up & enjoy a warm breakfast. Liked the hotel so much that we booked it again for final night in Jeju as it was comfortable and convenient for returning rental car and catching morning flight.Room for last night has a working arcade game machine that is FOC.

It is close to Jeju Island Airport. Although it is not the most lively area, the surrounding living functions are quite convenient. There is a CU convenience store downstairs next door, and various restaurants are also within a short walk. Free indoor parking spaces are provided. If the parking space is full, you can park in the nearby outdoor parking lot, which is a 7-minute walk. The most convenient thing is that it has a parking service. You can just hand the car to the service staff directly when you return to the hotel. The same goes for picking up the car in the morning. Please wait a moment. The service staff took the car out of the parking tower and delivered it within 5 minutes. Booked a Standard Queen Ocean View double room for 7 nights. The location on the 12th floor overlooks the distant ocean and can see planes taking off. The sunset is very beautiful. However, I drive around every day, so I don’t spend much time in the room, but overall The space is spacious, the environment and equipment are comfortable and clean. If you need service, the staff will be responsible to provide you with assistance. Additional free services include: as long as guests hang the cooling belt at the door, a simple free sandwich will be provided at 6:00 the next day based on the number of guests. This is very convenient for guests who are too lazy to go out for breakfast. I ate the same sandwich 7 times in 7 nights...if there were slight changes, it would be more offensive to consecutive guests.
