The air conditioner located in the center of the living room must have fallen off or something made a loud rattling noise. I woke up from the noise while I was sleeping, so I ended up turning it off and going to sleep.Only body wash is provided, no shampoo or soap.There is a small dryer, but it may not be able to dry all women with long hair. It seems to turn off due to overheating.It was a night flight, but it was delayed and I arrived late, so it was about 11:30 when I arrived at Ocean Star after leaving the airport for over an hour.There was no one at the front desk so I wandered around and barely found the front desk number and called.He said that we are not there 24 hours a day and that if we are late, we should have contacted him first.If the customer doesn't come to the room they reserved, doesn't the company contact you and tell them they hid the key or something somewhere?Please note this for travelers who arrive late like us.

It was built with Chinese capital and the finishing work was sloppy. If there is a breakdown during use, there is no response even if you request repairs.

Worst of all, I couldn't contact the host as soon as I arrived, so I stayed outside for about 30 minutes and when I finally got in, there were cockroaches and there was no maintenance, it was humid and moldy, the furniture was broken, and the blankets were smelly, so I gave up on consecutive nights.

Save your money and look for other place to stay. This was not a cheap option for me.I was attracted to the reviews I red few years ago - "The grandeur and beauty of Seongsan Ilchulbong, is a privilege that can only be enjoyed by guests staying at Phoenix Island Ocean star."Now? This place is going down. Like you've never seen. I think government have to sieze the whole property and renovate it just to show people that we care about tourist. This was purely the worst experience in my life.

The equipment is very good but very dirty. You have to clean up the garbage yourself. I feel like the housekeeper will only change the sheets when he comes in and does nothing else. The hygiene situation can be imagined.
