It is located within walking distance of Olle Market and has a beautiful ocean view. There is a truth in the room next door, so I play the song loudly on a portable speaker.I went in and inquired at the front desk, but failed, so I couldn't sleep well. Still, it was nice that you responded kindly.

A magnificent hotel in a very good location. The rooms are very pleasant.

Dirty and Shabby. Front desk (the morning shift lady) very rude and unhelpful. Our pillow case is full of dark spots, all the wallpaper was peeling, door lock is rusty and there is a eurocoins on floor when we checkin.

While looking for cost-effective accommodations in Seogwipo, I found accommodations in the 50,000 won per night range, so I looked for them for the first time! Spacious room at very good location just few minutes walk to shops and restaurants. value for money.

I loved this hotel. 😍The service was amazing, the people are really welcoming and friendly. I really liked the breakfast and we had a wonderful room with a fantastic view, definitely if I come back I would love to come back to the same hotel! Thank you for all the attentions

If you don’t feel like driving by yourself after a trip, it’s better to stay near the hotel. If you go to the scenic spot early in the morning and go back to the room after dark, then it may not be useful to have a sea view, and the taxi ride to the scenic spot takes 45 minutes, which is not very convenient.The room is not very big, but it is simple, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff is also very nice, but there is no coffee or other tea bags in the room.There is a coin-operated laundry next to the hotel, which automatically puts washing powder, so you don’t need to prepare it yourself.Next door is a convenience store. Although the attitude is not very good, it is still convenient.

Good value for money. However, the hot water not working well was a real problem.

My third time visiting Jeju and this hotel disappoints given the raving reviews. We just checked in. There are no amenities, no drinking water in the room and the tiny room desperately needs an overhaul. Wall paper is warping with dents and stains. I immediately logged in to compare the pictures on the internet and thereal thing. I regretted not choosing another hotel and got swayed by the reviews given for this hotel. Little things like one cup in the washroom for a twin room.GM, if you are reading this now, pls contact me at room 625.

My husband and I booked the Standard Double Room with hotel breakfast. We had a pleasant and comfortable 4 nights stay here, before flying to Seoul. Our room was clean and spacious enough for 2 big and 1 small luggage. The water pressure and water heater in the bathroom work well. There are toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and bodywash) provided. We were also given 2 bottles of mineral water daily.The hotel staff are friendly and speak English. One particular hotel staff, Mdm Songhee, stood out due to her outstanding service and attention to detail. Her warm smile and greeting in the morning when she receive guests for hotel breakfast buffet, definitely brightened our day. She is constantly ensuring that the guests are well looked after, the food are replenished and the restaurant is clean. She engages in conversation with the hotel guests and is always quick to offer help to guests. Mdm Songhee is definitely an asset to the hotel. She has made our short stay in this hotel a welcoming and happy one. Thank you for your kind hospitality Mdm Songhee!
