Ille Inn Hotel

I visited because there was a conference at the Jeju International Convention Center. First of all, it was nice because it was very close to JCC. The hotel room was large and wonderful, and the interior was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was kind.

I went believing the reviews.I went there with high expectations because the reviews were so good, but seriously, this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.The refrigerator is hidden in the closet.The refrigerator was lukewarm even an hour after entering the room, so I asked at the counter and found out that it cools down slowly. Even after 6 hours, it was somewhere between lukewarm and cold... haha. I asked the info again and they told me to put it in the refrigerator on the first floor.I couldn't even drink any of the beer I bought.The water pressure in the bathroom is admittedly very strong.The bathroom door is not a normal door.The shower room has a swinging glass door made of translucent fog film glass, so there is no lock.Tissues in the bathroom were not organized either.There is no outlet next to the bed, so you have to be next to the TV to charge your phone.reservationWelcome water and tea set are hidden in the closet, but there is no coffee pot for tea and cup noodles.There is a phone in the room but it does not work.There is no staff stationed at the information center, so phone calls are not answered often.I rented an electric car, but one of the chargers was broken. Maybe it was the hotel owner, but the Tesla, not the rental car, was used all day, so I couldn't charge it.As soon as we arrived, they asked us by name and asked if we were the only guest.We were scared because we were the only guests in the hotel.The accommodation app said check-in at 3 o'clock (picture attached), so I went accordingly, but it said it was 4 o'clock and told me to wait because it wasn't cleaned.I went there based on sincere reviews and blog reviews, and it was the worst hotel.Please judge for yourself...I checked out early at 7:30 in the morning.I trusted the reviews.The reviews were so good that I went there looking forward to it, but it's truly the worst hotel in my life.The refrigerator is hidden in the closet.The refrigerator is lukewarm even an hour after entering the office, so I asked the counter and it got cool. It's quiet and nice.The morning breakfast is simple and full of sincerity.

Not just worst but also sordid.I booked for 5 nights for my family.After breakfast on the second day, the hotel manager told me that the hotel would start renovation the next day and we had to vacate rooms.This was fine by me, we could find a better place to stay. However, the hotel didn't do any renovation.It was just an excuse for more vacant rooms for a large group of high school students who stayed long-term.The hotel does not have a moral business mind, they just don't care about their guests.Not only is it the worst, it's dirty.Booked 5 nights for my family.After breakfast on the second day, the hotel manager told us that we had to vacate the room as the hotel was scheduled to start remodeling the next day.I was fine. I could have found better accommodation. However, the hotel has not undergone any renovation work.It was just an excuse to create more empty rooms for a group of high school students staying for a long time.The hotel has no moral business mind and doesn't care about its guests.

Laid back place to stay

Clean and nice location. It is really close to Jungmun beach! Strongly recommend it. They also provide free parking space.

The staff were so friendly that I had a pleasant stay for two nights.
