This should really be a 3 star hotel only, no toothbrushes or full amenities provided even though they claim it’s a Japanese hotel chain, everything inside the room seems to be fall apart, the door handle that opens to the washroom is a stuck on handle that can be purchased from Daiso.I asked the front desk for body lotion and they said they don’t provide this for the guests? You’d have to purchase it.We stayed for 5 nights which is not a short stay but they refuse to service us, the welcome drinks are only served AFTER 10am, who would be visiting a city and only exiting the hotel after 10am for a coffee?Overall experience was horrible, the thermostat didn’t work and no air con or air flow coming out. The staff said they only turn on the air conditioning after 5:30pm.Not worth the money and hotel is not worth the 4 star it claims to be

There is no soundproofing upstairs and downstairs. I heard footsteps every day after staying there for 4 days.The sound of the door closing outside can also be heard clearly.The central air conditioner is really noisyNoise canceling headphones are truly the greatest invention!The Line theme room feels cheap for some reason.The advantage should be that the transportation location is pretty good, and there is a convenience store next door to the hotel.

The room is not soundproofed, and the sound can be heard even when the isolation door is opened and closed. There are insects and lice on the bed, which bite me until I can't sleep.The room is quite dirty. You can see that the furniture has some history. The hotel is older.When I checked out, I told reception that they said thank you.

The room is small and has no view. Bedding is comfortable. The location is very good for going around tourist attractions around Gangbuk. Turndown service was good. Generally friendly. Water leaked out of the shower room. It is very insufficient to be called a 4-star amenity. I was not satisfied with the price because I made a hasty reservation during the peak season, but I would have been satisfied if the price had been cheaper.

Honestly surprised this is a 4 star hotel. Our room wasn’t clean, outdated and looking rough. There was hair and dust all over the room and food stains all over the walls. Only nice thing about this hotel is the lobby. I do not recommend staying here.

Beautiful, big and modern hotel, located in the center of Seoul. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfasts are literally amazing 👏 🤩. The only thing that they need to think about is to put a door towards the bathroom. It's a bit strange having a sliding door without a real door for privacy.
