The experience of staying 3 nights in a basement room was very comfortable, not noisy, clean room, clean bathroom, ok toiletries. Service is also fast, complaints about hot water problems are also responded to quickly. The location next to the Sigandul View tourist attraction is a plus. There is also a mart available to buy daily necessities so it is quite helpful. I wanted to enjoy the view of Mount Sindoro and Sumbing from the hotel rooftop but unfortunately when I stayed there the rooftop was under renovation. The parking lot doesn't have a fence, because I brought a motorbike so I was a little worried about security, but the hotel guaranteed the safety of the vehicle so I was relieved and could enjoy my stay without any worries. Overall very satisfying for us and our family.

strategic place with affordable prices. The view is beautiful, directly from Mount Sindoro. It's a shame that people can pass by in front of the glass. so I'm not satisfied with enjoying it

For those who are coming here for the first time and booking online, my advice is to write down the details of the room requested. Yesterday I ordered the one with a mountain view and I thought it would be quieter for the room, it turns out he chose the one facing the road, yes it really does have a mountain view but it's not noisy either, I protested but the receptionist said there was no request🙂↕️ I asked the receptionist if I could move to another room those who don't face the street, the answer is that they can't be full because those who have booked their rooms have ordered there directly. Lah? Even though those who ordered online were already days away🙄 The hotel is between Mount Sumbing and Mount Sindoro. For those who want a quieter room, add to the request "mountain view, Gunung Sumbing" because the one with the view of Mount Sindoro is right facing the road and it was really noisy, I even kept waking up because of the noise of the vehicles. The room is also not soundproof because the child next door is fussy and can hear it from my room. Then when I went there the rooftop had just been renovated, so I couldn't see the view from the rooftop🥲 Luckily it was really close to Sigandul View, so you just had to walk. The plus point, I was in room 308, the water heater was on, so for those who are afraid of taking a cold shower in this room, it's safe👍🏻 Hopefully this can be used as evaluation material in the future, so that guests who stay overnight won't be disappointed😊

Hotel with quite good location and views, affordable price.There is no air conditioning but the room temperature reaches 16 degrees Celsius because it is in the highlands.There is no restaurant at the hotel, but next to the hotel there is a cafe and restaurant which is also a recreation area, Sigandul ViewThere is a prayer room and warm water. The view is good but unfortunately the blanket is a bit not clean, please fix it and the mattress makes a sound. There is a dangdutan in the background. The sound is quite disturbing to rest.
