Excellent hôtel to go to the ICC conference center, you can easily walk down (15min) to it, the path is direct. You can join the airport with the 182 express line very easily!The room with the oceanview is spacious and practical, the bed are a bit hard, the bathroom has a large shower!Great value all in all

Even though there is a Do Not Disturb sign on the door of the room, towels still need to be changed according to hotel regulations. I stayed for four days in a row, but there was no change at all. I had to disguise myself and go to the counter to get the towels myself, which was very exaggerated.In addition, the side rooms and corridors on the second floor all emitted an unpleasant damp smell, which was really unacceptable.

I don't know if it's the female staff here or the female manager, but the response is really poor. I asked for extra water before going out to the front desk, and they said they would just give it to me, so I didn't bring it, but the person working tonight had to buy it. I wonder if it is a reception service. No matter how Jeju is suffering from a manpower shortage, this kind of service seems to be diminishing the quality of the current hotel.

Stayed here 3 times now.Just a really nice stay in a part of Jungmun that has lots of nightlife to offer. Beds are co.fy, staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean.Best of course is the price which can be very low depending on time of year and different deals

The bed was so good that I was surprised as soon as I sat down, to the point where I thought I would go away from a 5-star hotel. There are many restaurants nearby, so it's easy to walk to. I'll come again when I come to Jungmun.

The room was spacious and because I had a baby, I got a room with a floor without bedding.The mat is so thick that it feels like lying on a bed.The window was very large and wide, so it was nice to sit and see the outside scenery.There are a lot of restaurants nearby (bars, chicken restaurants) so it's a good idea to pack it up and bring it back to your accommodation.The breakfast had a good composition and was the best value for money.I suddenly felt unwell this evening.It was nice to have a pharmacy and a clinic nearby (5 minutes on foot).

The male front desk staff member in charge of the evening shift on March 20th was very unfriendly. I was very offended from the moment I entered because of the snippy tone of voice.A class that leaves an insufficient number of towels and asks you to pick them up yourself! I have nothing to say.The accommodation facilities and cleanliness are rated out of 5.
