It is a very old hotel. However, it was kept clean. However, the tables to eat at were too small and the chairs had no backs, so it was difficult to eat the food I bought. There was only the basics. There was nothing for women.

The room was relatively nice for the price and had a reasonably good view of the sea. A small cleaning issue on the side of one bed but once reported at the front desk it was cleaned within minutes.Unfortunately the other reviews regarding some rude service are accurate, although we only received this from one staff member (during check in) - the other staff were fine. From the one staff member: impatience with communication, a lack of will to thoroughly check for my booking, and at one point they shouted at me to provide a detail I was already showing them very clearly with multiple written documents. They eventually found the booking and the room was fine but this tarnished the stay. For the room, it’s an okay price.

It is not easy to find a hotel with a good view and this level of cost-effectiveness. The restaurant on the 10th floor also has a great view and is good value for money.

Room is clean and tidy. Restroom has auto-cleaner equipped in toilet-bow. Bed-sheet and blanket is made by polyester which is not so comfortable. Hair drier is broken after 3 seconds. My friend’s room also has broken hair drier.Location is a plus for this hotel. Just 5 mins walking on the right side to night market.Breakfast buffet is good. View of eating room on 10th floor is magnificent.

An old hotel in Tapdong. The location is good as it is close to the airport and there are restaurants nearby. The entrance to the lobby is a staircase, so it is not convenient to come and go with luggage. Although the rooms are old, they have a clean feel and seem to be prone to mosquitoes. And maybe because the floor is made of carpet, it has a dreamy smell, but I think it's okay unless you're sensitive. The cost-effectiveness is good.

I gave three stars for this hotel because I tried to be objective here. The location is great, you can find Ocean Suites Hotel 4 mins walking distance, which is one of the meeting points of many tours in JeJu. You can find bhc (beer and chicken) within walking distance, as well as many other restaurants. Dongmun market is 10 mins walking distance. It is quite easy to get taxi. But this hotel is not friendly to non Korean tourists. I asked questions to the receptionist, he is maybe around late 40s or early 50s, and he doesnt understand english. Basic english, to be exact. In addition, he didn't even make an effort to understand my question. He could have open a google translate if he wanted to, but he didnt. He didnt offer me access to wifi. Because wifi is based on your room number. My room wasnt accesible but the room next door does. How can this happen? You tell me. When I checked out at 6.30 am, no one at the reception. Service is one star out of 10. Just horrible experience. I hope you do read your review and actually learn from it. Improve your reception staffs. Or just make a note= we dont understand english and we obviously dont care.

Location is great, room is fine for the price.The hotel reception staff were incredibly rude, I was inquiring to add one more night to my reservation, but it was impossible to communicate, they barely speak English, and they don’t even try to be understood. I was given the keys and told not to smoke, nothing else. What a welcome to this hotel.

This is a historic hotel in downtown Jeju.Perhaps because of recent remodeling, it is clean and modern for its age.This is a decent hotel at a reasonable price.Recommended if you plan to stay downtown.Please note that there is no rinse aid.(Probably this is something all Jeju hotels have in common)
