Overall, everything was okay. In terms of security, it was very poor, foreigners from outside could come in. In the middle of the night, someone was banging at receptions looking for me, even though in Surakarta I had no family or friends.Please fix it again, it disturbs privacy and security!!!

Don't stay here, book with a special discount application for new users of the application. It is said that Pinnaple Mansion took the promo room. HAHAHAHA even promo rooms have to be clean. La here, the room is dusty, dirty, everything smells bad, THERE'S SO filthy THERE ARE ALSO COCKROACHES, the AC is off, the TV is off. Cloudy water. Very disappointed with this hotel. Not worth it as described when applied.

First time staying here, and KAPOK! The room was very dirty, I got it in room 301, the sheets, blankets, pillows, towels were all dirty. The smell is musty, like it has never been lived in. The bathroom flush toilet is OFF. The water has sand and a murky color, completely unfit for washing hands, let alone bathing. The AC is not cold, the room is very stuffy. The refrigerator smells and is rusty. There are no trash cans.I came with 3 people, asked for an additional charge of 50 thousand, WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL FACILITIES!!It's really not recommended to stay hereFor people outside Solo, it's better to look for another hotel 🙏🏻🙏🏻Sorry, with a price of 350 thousand per night, this hotel is very, very disappointing. I am very disappointed with the facilities and service here 🙏🏻

The bed sheets and pillowcases are very soft. you could say it is no longer suitable for use. I've asked to change the bed sheets but the condition of the bed sheets is still the same as the one before it was replaced3. Towels are very ugly and are more worthy of being used as doormats. My advice to potential customers, it's better to just look for another hotel, unless this hotel is willing to charge 75k, I think it's more appropriate than charging 360, even if it doesn't include breakfast.It's already a bad hotel, the service is just so-so (we were told to change the sheets but the receptionist was rude, and what's worse, THE RECEPTIONIST WEARS DIRTY SANDALS WHEN CHANGING THE SHED-LINES IN MY ROOM).
