Worst other than the location.Don't trust the photo...The facilities were old and the rooms were much smaller than the photos. Especially the bathroom... worst interior.There is too much dust here and there in the room... I was shocked to see dust in the air conditioner... Everything is just dirty... It's the worst...

The room condition is not very good.The location is great for the price.If you want to come to Hyeopjae, I think this is the best place.I came with my child and spent 6 hours at the beach, and it was convenient because the accommodation was right around the corner.And the beach view~It feels real like Jeju.

I am very satisfied for the price. However, the soundproofing is not good and it is noisy. But I was tired so I slept well.

3 people stayed, but the bathroom was made of glass, which was uncomfortable. It's narrow. The sun comes right in in the morning. Viando is right in front. The view is good.

Awesome boutique style, right across from the main beach area. Can walk down the street easy for all sorts of food. Really a quiet little beach town, but the view from the room makes it nice and cozy

The old facilities are not maintained and the cleaning condition is poor.The location is really good. Right in front is Hyeopjae Beach. Just cross the street.There is a convenience store, chicken restaurant, and hamburger restaurant on the first floor, which is also good.I would highly recommend it if it weren't for the outdated facilities and poor cleanliness, but I think it would be difficult to recommend.Also, I saw that there was someone sitting at the front desk on the first floor when I checked in, but it was always empty. Well, the check-in system is also done with a kiosk.I wish the sea view room had been cleaned well, but my room, which I used once, had mold, dirt stains, dust, and towels that someone had used at some point left in the closet.It would be better to just get rid of the USB charging cable (the torn sheath... feels like a fire risk).It was a disappointing accommodation.

Most disturbing and despicable gross hotel I’ve ever been too. Photos are all out of date. Everything was dirty! Chocolate all over bedsheets, tiles ripped off bath and all around room. Bugs inside the bath living inside tiles. Never never cleaned!!! No one works there! It’s a fake hotel and just grossssss! So depressed I had to walk down the street to find another hotel!

Very nice location. The hotel is infront of Hyeopjae beach. Lots of restaurants nearby also. The room we stayed in has the ocean view. We loved our stay in this hotel. The room is clean. Housekeeper will come everyday to clean and replenish towels and water bottle. Would recommend this hotel.

I'll give 0 start if I can. Rubbish dirty toilet. Old hairdryer, hair and snack in bed sheet, like they do not clean before we checked in, do not expect that with expensive price.. sad experience

The hotel is terribly dirty!! Don’t be faked by the images online!!The lobby is super small and filled with greasy smell coming from the fried chicken store next to it and the decoration aside are all wrapped with spider web!!The bedroom still look ok to me but the mirror facing it has quite a few unknown swipe on it that cannot be clean!! The hygiene in the bathroom is unacceptable that there’s mould around the grouting and a stain in the shower, I don’t dare to shower with bare foot that we have to buy a slipper in the convenience store before we have showerThe view of the hotel is nice facing the beach but the hygiene is a big NO

The view is very nice and the room is pretty.However, shared cooking and laundry doesn't work, and more than anything, the towels keep smelling like sand or cement. Need to check with hotel.The advantage is that self-check-in has recently been introduced, making it easy to come and go. However, the public parking lot in the front will be charged starting from 2023, which may cause inconvenience when staying at the hotel.I go there often because the location is so good, but the smell of the towels still remains. Is it a problem with the water itself?

This is a hitec hotel with automatic check in there is a manned check in desk but it's not manned for regular hours
