I have tried various guest houses, this is one that is comfortable to stay in.Staying here for 4 days from 22-26 was very satisfying.Place Rate: 9/10The condition of the house is very clean because there are guards who live, and are diligent. Motorbike parking is available on the terrace of the house, a little small but enough for 5-6 motorbikes.The room is very clean, the AC is on and cold, the TV is also on, the bathroom and toilet are clean. There is a shower and bath, clothes hangers. Because I ordered using the application, there are some facilities that are not listed, such as towels and so on, unless you book directly from WhatsApp but it doesn't have any effect. Soft mattress, two pillows and one blanket. There is a fairly large cupboard, there is a nightstand and everything functions well.Incidentally, the room is on the second floor, there are sofa facilities on the terrace, there is a terrace, there is a clothesline in front of the terrace, there is a mini library with lots of books that you can read in your free time. Downstairs there is a shoe rack too.The atmosphere is calm, enter a little alley. With the main road only 10 steps away. Close to Indomaret, in front of the alley right there is a Pom, there is Mixue too. It's only 5 minutes to Malioboro, only 5 minutes to Tugu Jogja. The guards are welcoming, friendly towards guests. Yesterday I had trouble with my motorbike, so my father lent me his motorbike. Very bad service, I booked via Traveloka but when I arrived the room was full, the owner complained that he didn't take responsibility, instead he threw it away. Very irresponsible, there is no solution. Give up on ordering here.
