The rooms are spacious, all the facilities are clean bathrooms, hot water, towels, etc., comfortable rooms, blankets, AC, wifi, Aqua, affordable price 300 thousand a night, because you feel satisfied, add another pot a night. 50 thousand pay 250.

The location is very strategic, close to the UGM campus, Panti Rapih Hospital, and obviously close to the city center. Many rooms are available. The building structure is old even though it is kept clean. There are also tables and chairs for guests.

The room and price is on par, cheap and not luxurious at all. But it is quite cozy. The location is great, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby as Sagan is a culinary area. Kind of a good trade off I guess.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, the staff are friendly, even though we are a little fussy, they are patient enough to respond.It's just a bit lacking in fragrance because the room was a little musty when I first checked in. Or maybe because the hotel is old so the room is a little damp.But it's okay, for that price you can get a pretty comfortable place.Hopefully next time I can come again, Jogja will be the city I always missThank you Sagan Huis 🫶

Hot water works well. If it doesn't light up, please ask the officer. AC cold.The room is clean, there is a shared refrigerator, you can borrow cutlery. There are rooms that are not clean, such as cleaning equipment.Late check out ask the officer.Friendly officers.Close to many famous eating places, hospitals, bookstores, salons, mini markets, everything can be reached on foot.Overall, if you go to Jogja again it would be nice to stay here again.

Sagan Huis is my second place to stay in Yogyakarta. Book room 1 night stay and decided to extend it to 2 nights. As additional information, I was in Room 103 and extended in the same room.(+) Strategic location, easy to get to several destinations in the middle of Yogyakarta city(+) Has a beautiful outdoor space(+) The corridors are clean(+) There is a prayer room, toilet and public assembly point(+) The officers are responsive(+) Calm atmosphere(+) The amenities are complete enough to stay at that price; 2 towels, 2 toothbrushes, soap(+) Cold AC(+) Local TV(-) There was 1 cockroach(-) The bathroom door is rotten (bottom)(-) The water heater is not responsive to heat & cold and must be adjusted so that the temperature is right for a while(-) The walls bordering the rooms have 2 sides that use GRC / plywood (not walls)(-) There is only enough parking for 4-5 cars, but because I ride a motorbike it doesn't have that much of an impactYes, there are some drawbacks. But so far at this price (160k) Sagan Huis is suitable. There are no expensive or cheap prices for me, the important thing is whether it is suitable or not suitable.A place to eat close to Sagan Huis is Maju Mapan. Sundays to Sunmor UGM by motorbike are also close.

The price is really good, it doesn't go up even during the holiday season.The place is quiet, comfortable and homey... it's not in front of a major highway, so it's not noisy.Only 10 minutes to Malioboro.Security maintained.The rooms are quite clean, the water runs smoothly, the hot water works.The only downside is that it looks outdated. Like the bathroom door needs to be repaired, the sheets and towels need to be updated, that's all...

Liquid soap in KM.(+) The receptionist is patient and quite friendly.(+) Water turns on smoothly (hot/normal)(+) Lots of mirrorsYOUR CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS:(-----) There was a cockroach from under the bed(-) Pillows ARE NOT USEABLE. Sweat smell. Must be REPLACED, not washed.(-) All the fabrics (sheets, bed covers, towels) are bright, the stains don't disappear, please replace them with new ones, especially since the color has become dull from being washed too often.(-) Shower is broken. The water is slow because the shower is leaking up the hose, the water from the bottom is flowing even though the lever has been moved to the top (I often use this model of shower and this is the first time it's BROKEN)(-) Arrangement of bed linen is perfunctory.(-) I want to cry, I can't stand it even though it's only been for a day.(-) Far from places to eat, far from food stalls, quiet locations, and far from pocket-friendly culinary delights. Nearby is a salon.(-) The room smells musty. It doesn't smell good, the floor isn't clean either.(-) The mattress was flat, not suitable at all.(-) Got room no. 103IN essence, I wasted time and money in vain.Not anymore.I'm not a competitor.This is not my first experience booking accommodation, but so far, this hotel is the WORST.Please owner if you read this. Don't be stingy in renovating your accommodation if you want it to last a long time and be blessed with money.
