The pool was only 26 degrees, spa 33 degrees and Finnish sauna 58 degrees—all too cool to use and I book the hotel for those reasons. The A/C did not cool the room and beds too firm.  …

The hotel is in Jeju City and is very close to the Jeju International airport, making it super convenient to commute. There’s free underground parking, which I had no trouble finding an available parking spot. I believe the hotel is connected to a mall with other stores. The staff are very polite and fluent in English so I had no issues communicating any requests or questions. Checking in and out was a seamless and pleasant process. The hotel is decent value. I made a last minute booking, but the price is still fair. Although compared to the prices of other hotels in Jeju, this would be on the higher end.The double room gives enough space and doesn’t feel cramped at all. The bathroom is spacious, but there’s only a half cover for the shower. Not sure why it is designed this way, but I’ve also seen this in other hotels.

The hotel is the best in Jeju Island. It's a one-stop shop for everything and close to wherever you want to be. The hotel staff are very friendly. In particular, the hotel manager, who speaks English, is a very charming and polite woman. I had a water leak in my laundry room, I called service right away and they fixed the problem in seconds. How good is it? I don't think you'll find anything like this anywhere. It's really amazing. You really helped me when my family asked for something. The rooms and hotel are very clean, so you won't be disappointed. The hotel is the best in Jeju Island, it's a one stop shop for everything and close to everywhere you want, the hotel staff is very nice especially the hotel manager who speaks English and is a very charming and polite woman, there was a water leak in the laundry room, I called the service immediately and they fixed the problem in seconds, how good is that? Stayed here in Sep 2024 at the end of a Jeju island trip. I was staying in an Airbnb with friends for most of the visit but moved here before an early morning flight. …

This is Lotte hotel which was good quality, within 10 mins from airport and has unblocked nice view of airport and mountains, although i did not stayed in a room facing airport so not sure about noise level but my sis in law had an unblocked view of aircraft landing and taking off. It was comfortable, where we each requested an extra pillow (they provide 2 soft pillows each only). It is near korean eateries, bread shop across street, several 7-elevens, one within hotel at B1, or bigger one 3-5 mins walk to right of hotel (for toothbrush and toothpaste, ramen, etc). Within 10 mins you can also walk to Grand Hyatt shopping mall, emart, lotte mart, Macdonalds. The concierge was polite, well verse in English, very helpful, getting us cab and explained 1000 extra won charge (thanks to feedback from previous guest review). I researched you can book Jeju day tour which picks you up from this hotel too. Price was reasonable for 22-23rd Sep, we came back on 26th before leaving for seoul. Carpark was free just registered when you check in at 6th floor, with enough slots when we came back on 26th and park our rental car. Only one small inconvenience, there was not enough charging point for all our devices at table and side bed table.

Everything is perfect, including cleanliness, water pressure, sound insulation, and mattress comfort. It should be noted that there is an additional charge for using the swimming pool and asking the counter to call a taxi. The taxi will charge an additional 1,000 won.

Hotel staff, receptionist Sunny and the lady concierge (ground floor) were unfriendly. At first thought it’s due to language challenges but realized that they were generally unfriendly. …

Added in 2024.This time, I booked and stayed at a special price on the Lotte Hotel website. I was assigned to the 8th floor. The bathtub non-slip pad was dirty so I did not use it. The reason I booked this place was to take a half-body bath, so I couldn't use it while showering while standing. This part was also included in the survey. It was a bit inconvenient because the charging outlet next to the bed wasn't plugged in properly. Other than that, I was satisfied overall.——————-Added in 2022.When I first visited three years ago, I paid extra and stayed on the 21st floor, but this time I booked at a special price on the Lotte Hotel website (it was about 10,000 won cheaper than Hotels.com for the same conditions) and stayed on the 13th floor? I was a little disappointed that I was assigned to a lower floor than before, but Lotte City Hotel was comfortable and clean among the business-class hotels in the area, so I was satisfied with my stay this time.———-While I was waiting for my turn to check in, a couple naturally cut in line, and at that moment, another staff member came out and responded to their group first. It was a little absurd.I added an extra amount when reserving a room and reserved a high floor with a mountain view. I was satisfied with the view, so I think I made a good decision to book a high floor. The bathroom had quite a few scales in the shower. A sunflower shower on top, a shower next to it, and even on that holder when you lift the shower. There was a strand of hair on the towel, and when I lifted the bed blanket, there was an eyebrow on the sheet in the middle. The hair was deeply embedded in the towel, so I had a hard time pulling it out, but I wasn't dissatisfied because I thought I might not have been able to get it out because it was stuck instead of resting on it. Other than that, I was satisfied with the overall cleanliness. From my personal experience, among the nearby hotels (Maison, Shilla), the level of satisfaction with the rooms was the highest, so I thought I would visit again in the future.I didn't use it during this stay, but the swimming pool and gym look good, so I'll try using them if I visit again.
